Prenatal/Mom and Baby Yoga and Fitness classes
Group and private instruction in vinyasa, prenatal, and postnatal yoga; and personal training.
I am a certified yoga instructor and am trained in pre– and postnatal fitness. I have experience teaching all levels of fitness/ability, from beginner to intermediate. I have enjoyed teaching prenatal and mom and baby classes, as well as general yoga and fitness since 2009 at various places including Isis Maternity, BodyScapes, and the Greater Boston YMCA.
I can teach privately to individuals or small groups in home, at the workplace, or at a studio.

Sara K.
Business Owner
Sara is committed to helping her clients enjoy happy and healthy lives through yoga and fitness. After practicing yoga for many years, Sara began her 500 hour yoga teacher training in 2007. She has been teaching yoga ever since, and specializes in therapeutic yoga and meditation. She became a certified personal trainer in 2011 and holds additional certifications in pre– and post-natal fitness and yoga, indoor cycling, kettlebell training, and TRX. Sara enjoys creating challenging and fun fitness sessions for her clients, and brings her yoga background into all of her workouts. Her patient approach is welcoming to people of all levels of fitness. When Sara is not training others, she keeps herself busy with her three very energetic young children – her toughest customers.
