History
Established in 1993.
In 1993, Stephen Barck, along with his wife, Linda DeFranco Barck, founded Tables of Content Catering. Since then, Stephen’s original vision has guided what was originally a two-person company to the forefront of New England’s special events industry.
Today, Tables of Content Catering is capable of planning and managing the most complex catered events. We are proud to be a preferred caterer for many of the most historical and prestigious venues in New England.
We have been the recipient of numerous awards including Best of Boston from the Improper Bostonian and the Boston Magazine, as well as the Reader’s Choice Award for Best Caterer.
We are proud to be the only caterer in Massachusetts that is Certified Green by the Green Restaurant Association.

With 26 years of professional experience in the foodservice industry, Stephen Barck is among the distinguished chefs in Boston who are continually raising the culinary bar for excellence and invention. His food has been featured in leading magazines such as Elegant Weddings, Grace Ormand’s Wedding Style and Boston Magazine. He has received rave reviews from local newspapers and appeared as a guest speaker at the Massachusetts Restaurant Association’s annual hospitality conference. Stephen holds a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College in Wellesley, MA
