The last time I used this service last month, things devolved into a yelling match with the cabbie as far as confirming our address. The worst company in the area! Stay away!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I’ve lived in Boston for over ten years and this was the absolute worst taxi experience I’ve ever had. They left me waiting for over an hour, didn’t call me when the taxi arrived. Sent a second cab and when I asked if they would call when the taxi arrived the dispatcher yelled at me saying he wouldn’t call because I missed the first taxi. When I asked how long it would take he yelled at me again! Saying I just told you its on the way, wait outside. In the rain of course. When I asked for a window of time to expect the car, the dispatcher sarcastically said two hours. Again, yelling at me. Unbelievable. Do whatever you can to avoid this company, they are the worst!
