I’m a iced coffee drinker, so when I’m in the area and if I’m in the mood, I’ll stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru. I am also a senior with a valid AARP card which the drive-thru staff does not properly acknowledge. According to the Dunkin’ Donuts website: «Just show your valid AARP membership card when you purchase any Large or Extra Large Beverage and get a free Donut!*(excludes cooler beverages)» On a recent visit,(8−21−15), I was told by the female employee working the drive-thru, the promotion only refers to «hot coffee». Really? My AARP card has been accepted at other area DD stores, so I’m not sure what her motivation was. In addition, there is a common practice NOT to give customers their receipt, especially when there’s a DD Perks offer involved(free beverage). I hope this can be resolved soon, it’s annoying when folks don’t know their job.

Decent location and nice staff but the service is extremely slow. I’m a frustrated regular but the constant long lines at drive through as well as counter during peak hours with only 2 counter and 1 drive through registers is very frustrating. I am sorry but I going to have to look for another local coffee shop.

This place sucks every time I go. I’ve finally gotten to the point where I will drive the extra 5 – 10 minutes to another Dunkies just so that I won’t have to deal with the awful service here. The first time I went things weren’t so bad, so when things were bad the next few times I just figured it was the time of day I was going. But when the people are so slow and get your order wrong every time, and then are rude when you try to get what you actually ordered, you get fed up. Then the last time I went with my brother, they got the order wrong and after waiting about 10 minutes at the window for them to ignore us while they tried to make what we had ordered. When the boy finally did come back to the window, my brother told him that the coffee he had given to us about 6 minutes before was made wrong. The boy replied«Well there are people behind you so we don’t have time to fix this.» We were so angry and shocked, we will never return to this establishment. It almost made me question the quality of the whole Dunkin Donuts brand. Definition of awful service.

Any location that gets my order right is good with me. the location is small but the service is quick enough. The lobby had been clean whenever I stop in. This is always a stop whenever I drive on American Legion.
