I went to Taco Bell to grab a quick lunch and the customer service was amazing. The Cashier upgraded my Cheesy Gordita Crunch with a Doritos Loco taco for free and we have a great vibe moment.

As far as Taco Bell goes this is the best of the best. My go to Taco Bell in the area.

Food and service has always been OK, but major foul tonight. Went through the drive thru, and received the wrong order. I didn’t realise it until I was in the parking lot, and then went inside to get the meal fixed. They did correct the order, HOWEVER they took the meal that was mistakenly given to me, asked if I had touched it, then handed it out to the customer down the line! Major issue with possible contamination from food that has left the store, then returned and handed back out…

This place got 5 stars on my book due to their amazing customer service. I went here on my day off with my bf and ordered the boss nachos and my bf ordered Fritos burritos, I ate a few pieces and it tasted fine until I fell a weird texture I realized I forgot to order my nachos with no beans, my bf offered to buy me a new one and I said no I will eat around the beans, the manager approached us and ask how everything was I didn’t say anything but my bf informed him u was unhappy because we forgot to order no beans for me the manager was nice enough to give me a side of nachos which he didn’t have to do! That turned my day around :)

What you can expect from any Taco Bell that’s fairly new. Clean and cheap. I was disappointed when going through the drive through that I ordered my Mexican pizza without an item and it came with it all over. What’s the point of asking, them reading back what’s on the screen and it being printed on my receipt if you are making my meal so quick you don’t pay attention. I’ll have to go inside to make sure it’s made properly instead of convenient drive thrus.

This is a store that is kind hidden from view. We came here June 12th2015 at 2:15 and walked in to a clean and empty place except for a few people. A cashier laticia m which is name on receipt greatest us and took our order of three items on menu. Well she messed up our order. Three items and she messed it up. We finally got it straightened out when another customer approached the counter and said her order was messed up. Come on let’s get some proper training for these people. The place is family friendly but deformity in need of improvement.

The employees here act REALLY unprofessional. Not trying to be that crazy customer but working in the food business myself, it was surprising to see the employees laughing historically and standing around as much as they were. I mean they were pretty busy and while a few employees worked frantically these guys had the time to joke around and not really focus on the«task at hand.» Nothing against taco bell but I probably wont visit this location again.

These guys are so slow you may need to fill up with gas before you get in the drive-thru. Two times in a row now they have forgotten items in my order. This time the employee at the window was very rude when I asked for the rest of my order. I wanted what I paid for but she didn’t seem to think that was reasonable.

One of the nicer Taco Bell’s we’ve been too! Seemed a little more ‘upscale’ :). Was clean, and the tomatoes were perfectly placed on the $ 1 tostada. The tostada was crispy, well balanced(for Taco Bell– sometimes they throw on the lettuce, gob the cheese– know what I mean?!). Thank you! It’s the little things in life. Tasted ‘fresher’ than other Taco Bell’s. The employees were not high school students, like other Taco Bells. Why am I writing a review for Taco Bell? Make a run for the border… :)

It’s Taco Bell. You pretty much know what you’re going to get and it’s always pretty much the same from TB to TB. Consistency is why you go — NO? I was, at first, very upset with this place because the wait at the drive-thru was so LONG and SLOW. This changed when we finally got up to the window — the gal(first) apologized and(second) indicated she was comping our drinks as a way of thanking us for waiting. So they redeemed themselves. When asked why was the wait so long — she indicated they had some issues with the«cleanliness» of the place and they had to pull some folks from cooking and put them on cleanup duty. I respect that. I want to know the place is clean and I don’t mind waiting longer to ensure that happens. Kudos to TB for keep their standards up!

I’m pretty sure this is like my seventh Unilocal review of a Taco Bell. Maybe I should spend more time looking up copycat recipes for quesaritos on Pinterest. Like, I want to stop eating quesaritos, and I can’t. Anyways, this location is super legit. I took something like a three-year hiatus from coming here due to not having a car, and now that I’ve picked up where I left off, nothing has changed. Always fast, always clean, always full, and they don’t do anything shady like rip your tortilla and then try to stick cheese over the tear as if you wouldn’t notice that when you’re driving and beans spill out all over your hands. I’m just saying. Intact tortillas are under-rated. So I came here today and got a quesarito, and I’ve been around the quesarito block for sure, but this quesarito was so good that if Madonna loved quesaritos, she would have written a song about this one in particular. There was some dude in a truck in front of me doing this thing where he would peel out every time he had to advance five feet, and then smile at me in his rear-view mirrors, and I was just thinking about how when I worked at Taco Bell and people would do that and I would hear it in my ear-piece, it would make me want to murder them. Or maybe I just wanted to include the word«murder» in my Unilocal review because I just read an article about how Unilocal analyzes how the words in its reviews are correlated with star ratings. You’ll never know. Either way, in the words of Shania, that don’t impress me much.

Our order was messed up multiple times at the call box, finally got it correct and then was changed when handed our order, the mess up was 2 power cantina bowels chicken and a cantina veggie burrito with no black beans with extra sour cream and guacamole, we only were charged for 1 bowl and the veggie burrito was a chicken bowl in a wrapper! Our vegetarian is now barfing in the car. And I paid for everyone food and I hungry because the gal and the window became arguementitive and belligerent. I am so pissed I am crying. GreAt way to ruin our week end trip on hungry and one sick in the car, the only good thing was the mango tea. Guess they couldn’t screw that up since it comes from a pump! and the burrito was horribly wrapped and falling apart as she Ate it. Never again will use Roseville location. Customer service and food both get negative.

It’s Taco Bell — always tastes the same no matter where you go — and the prices are always cheap and reasonable. Sometimes you just need to binge on Taco Bell :) Last night was one of those nights for hubby and me — we ended up ordering a mountain of food — only ate a little bit of it, but it was yummy. I also like Taco Bell because it’s for the most part if you get fresco tacos — a healthier fast food alternative! All in all — not too much to say about Taco Bell — it is what it is a mass market fast food restaurant. It’s good, consistent and I can’t complain!

This location needs some outdoor seating. We came on a Sunday and the restaurant was very hot and stuffy– they definitely needed to turn the air on. There was no seating whatsoever and no seating outside. I always regret coming to this location… Why do I even bother.

Closest t-bell to my work so I frequent it a lot, yet I’ve never actually been inside. The drive through is always speedy and haven’t messed up my order yet. And it’s pretty low on the grease factor for a fast food restaurant.

It’s so close to my work that I tend to come here a lot for lunch. My only complaint ever is there is a woman in the drive-through that just doesn’t seem very happy about her job. She’s not rude, but not really nice either.
