Sunbelt Rentals

We’ve rental several items from SunBelt over many years (and prior to when they were Nation’s Rental) The equipment has always been in excellent condition. The office staff are spot on courtesy and always wiling to answer any questions we may have.
This particular visit my DH pre-​ordered a trencher, for me to pick up as he was working. When I arrived, the staff immediately assisted me. It’s not uncommon, as a female coming into a typical male environment, for some businesses (their staff) to make you feel inferior or not as welcoming. This is not the case with SunBelt! I was pleased with my pickup and delivery visits. Dale, who works outside in their SunBelt yard, loaded and unloaded the trencher for me and strapped it down as well.
Upon leaving their printer acted up and they we’re not able to provide me a printed receipt. I was pleased they could email me one instead. In the future, I’d prefer this over a printed one!
Lastly, they have a full catalog of items to rent. They stated not everything in their catalog is available at their location, but with sufficient notice, they can obtain these items from other locations. For example, they have dehumidifiers you can rent if you’ve had a water leak at your home. In our area, it’s very hard to find a store to purchase a dehumidifier — I know from personal experience I only found one! They also have large white tents for parties, etc. that I never knew were available to rent.
Overall, I’d highly recommend calling SunBelt for any rental item needs.

Reserved and item a week before the following weekend project. Said item was not returned as their previous customer decided to extend their time with it. Re-​reserved for the next weekend but was called 3 days before and told, original equipment not available «again» and a substitute piece was returned broken and it would take 3 days to repair. I was not able to get said backup item. So my 3 weeks of waiting resulted in going elsewhere. Only plus is that the people I dealt with were nice and professional, but I won’t use them again, especially as the whole «reservation» seems pointless. No different than just walking in on the day you need and item and crossing your fingers it’s available. Sorry guys!

These guys were fair, friendly and helpful. I rented a snake to clear a drain. It wasn’t big enough, (my fault), so when I brought it back, they didn’t charge me. They rented me a bigger one. Then I kept it the big one a few extra days because it was raining. They didn’t charge me for the rainy days — just the 2 days I actually used it! I thought that was great. I highly recommend these guys.
