Owner has over 25 years of office management and organizing experience in a variety of office and home settings. Working with busy professionals who want to delegate some of the daily administrative tasks and social media management to free up their time and make more money. Also work with men or women who want to get organized, clear clutter from their homes and reduce the chaos in their lives.

Member of the Fellowship of Marketplace Christians, and the Fellowship Networking Group. Former member of of the Organizing Specialists of Sacramento, and Toastmasters.

Susan M.

Business Owner

Susan Mayfield has over 25 years of Administrative Assistant experience, working in a variety of office settings that included large corporations, non-​profits, and small offices. She started an organizing business in 2005. In recent years she has been focused on helping business owners to get organized with their contact management and social media management specializing in Facebook.

Susan is a Virtual Assistant and social Media Manager, and owner of «Reduce the Chaos». Susan specializes in organizing home offices and living spaces. She is an active member of the Fellowship Networking Group, and has a Reduce the Chaos Fan Page on Facebook.

After raising two children and working full time she has a great deal of understanding about what it is like to have a multitude of responsibilities and the difference that having assistance makes in reducing stress.
