Tim Murphy is professional, meticulous, honest and personable! I definitely recommend his services to anyone in the process of buying a home!
Tim did a thorough inspection of the property and provided a report with photos and explanations for everything he found. After the seller came in and did their section one repairs the switches and outlets in my front entryway wouldn’t work. I called Tim and asked him if he had any suggestions or idea of what could be wrong. There was only so much that I could do to explain it to him over the phone so he told me that he would just come over and take a look with his equipment to see what was going on. He came back out to my home and fixed the wiring free of charge! Now everything works perfectly! He is a total life saver! Without him I would have had to hire an expensive electrician.
