We are a self-​serve coin operated laundromat which happens to take credit cards, Google Wallet and Apple Pay on all of our washers and dryers. Paradise Laundry is part of a chain of Eco-​friendly laundromats serving the Sacramento region. We are committed to providing a clean environment with fully operational, Eco-​friendly equipment to speed our self-​serve customers through the laundry process.

Accessible 24 hours, we offer state-​of-​the-​art high efficiency washers and dryers that cut your time in half. High efficiency washers mean you use less water, electricity and soap than in traditional washers. Big loads, cold water washes, and more efficient dryers help too. Plus, washing green saves You green (that’s money), too!

At Paradise Landry, you’ll find an array of comfort and conveniences to help keep you content during your visit including free wifi, HDTV, credit card machines, change machine, a kids’ toy wall and more.

History

Established in 2012.

Our first green laundry was opened in March of 2010 in Citrus Heights. Paradise Laundry was voted best laundromat in Citrus Heights both 2010 and 2011. In September of 2011 we held the grand opening of our first Roseville location at 105 Ascot Drive near Sunrise and Douglas. Our third Paradise Laundry opened in July 2012 at 500 Cirby next to 7– Eleven. Our mission is to provide a clean environment with fully operational, eco-​friendly equipment to speed our self-​serve customers through the laundry process. We hope to see you in Paradise!

Twenty-​five years at Hewlett-​Packard came to an unexpected end in August 2009. Having experienced the corporate world, I was interested in joining a start-​up or maybe going in an entrepreneurial direction. After looking at several franchises, I found a website called Own A Laun​dro​mat​.com. The business sounded fun and challenging. After buying the CD training and learning about the industry, I made my first offer on a laundromat in December of 2009 and haven’t looked back.

24/​7, clean, can use debit or credit card laundrymat. Space is not that big but they keep it really neat. Staff always clean the floor, chairs and the machines… door locks at midnight, so you can call to get the access code or if the staff is around they will open the door for u.

Too small, there is like only 10 washers, when i was there there was no room for new people, some one took almost all washers, so i just left that place.

Great little place!
My momma lives around the corner and had a few loads of laundry to do… like 10, lol!
So we drove here. You’ve really got to catch this laundry mat at the right time, and that we did. She was able to get a few of the large washers, which hold anywhere from 6 – 10 loads of laundry. She used the ones that held 6, since you gotta wash darks with darks and so on… these were $ 6.25 for each wash. The wash was going to take 20 minutes. There is a really great Mexican Market with in walking distance, so we went there & back. When using the dryer, it was quite a bit cheaper. $.25 to dry for 15 minutes, and if you put in extra quarters, it’s gets your clothes really dry.
I haven’t been in a laundry mat since I was really young, but compared to memories, this was a really nice & clean laundry mat. There was a counter in the front and back for folding & organizing. Laundry carts to help get your laundry around easier, and a TV to help keep you entertained.
As we were pulling her clothes out of the dryer, a few ladies came in with begs and bags full of laundry. Like I said, we had good timing that day!

Tried out their Apple Pay card reader and was charged $ 5 for 25 minutes of drying time. Rip off!!! Emailed them and never heard back. It’s really too bad… I thought my husband and I finally found a decent laundromat. Can’t wait to get our washer and dryer back!!! Ugh
Update: Issue was resolved with owner via Unilocal message and was not charged the $ 5 fee. Out of all the laundromat’s my husband and I tried (while we didn’t have our washer and dryer) this one was by far the best. The cleanest, safest, and less crowded location. Give it a try.

I don’t usually go to laundry mats but recently my washer broke so I decided to come here. I am super impressed by the cleanliness of this place that once again when I had to use a laundry mat that I made sure to come back. The washers are brand new and the place is super clean. Definitely recommend this place!

In spite of a bit of inconvenience/​bad timing, I’m giving this five stars because first of all IT’S THERE when you need it, and second because the owner very promptly and very graciously answered a Unilocal message I sent inquiring about safety during the wee hours. She assured me there are multiple cameras both inside and outside the business, and that it’s in a small business center that includes a 7 – 11. The facilities were very clean, and I was there around midnight on a weekday, when the cleaning crew happened to be there, as well. After midnight, you need to call the number posted at the door and she will give you an entry code, which you can use repeatedly if you, like me, go out and sit in your car while your washing and drying is getting done.
The inconvenience/​bad timing came via being there when three other customers were there, so all the regular-​sized machines were in use. That left only the $ 6.50/load large washers, which was about ½ a washer more than I needed, so $ 3 more than I wanted to pay, but ah well, better than rescheduling and taking the same chance next time, I figured. One of the regular washers was out of order, or I would have used that. They also have a few teenie-​weenie washers for $ 2.25/load, which was interesting. Seating is extremely limited (just three chairs tucked at the front, if I recall, although there may have been others at the very back, I forgot to check).
Regarding safety: For the most part it felt fine, although there are homeless in the area, who wander past the business periodically. I stayed out in my car watching Netflix as my washing and drying happened, but was never approached nor did I feel unsafe in this particular case. I would advise anyone to just stay very aware while they’re there, whether you’re going in, or coming out, so that those who don’t belong inside doing laundry can’t slip inside at the same time as you do. People inside were helpful to others, though, opening the door to people with their arms full, so again, if you’re going to be there in the middle of the night, just keep your eyes open to who’s coming in. I’ll definitely use this business again, but will always aim for earlier hours, or when the cleaning crew is going to be there, just for that sense of security if I’m in there alone.

To be honest, I wasn’t too sure what I was walking into at 2AM. All I know is working 6 days a week & having 0 time to do laundry during normal business hours was NOT happening. Plus, I was running out of clothes, so I was getting desperate. ATLAS, I stumbled upon Paradise Laundry. (Thankyou, Unilocal.)
I came here with at 2AM and surprisingly there was people here doing laundry as well. Clean stations, nice — working Washers & Dryers! Prices and instructions were right in your face, so you never got confused.

Honestly, I probably wouldn’t return unless it’s in the wee hours of the night, but I would recommend! & would go to their Sunrise location which is closer to me.
Btw, hours are 7:00AM — 12:00AM. After hours, you would have to call their phone number– speak to the automatic voice message & get their door code for after hours laundry.
4 Stars instead of 5, because seriously had no where to sit. 3 chairs, so I sat on the folding table in the corner, lol.

I’m a night owl by nature & was having a week of crazy work & school hours.
I really couldn’t be bothered to do my laundry at a local laundromat, everything is last load in by 8 or 830 and I hadn’t even sorted out my clothes yet!
Found this place online, and was pleasantly surprised at how clean & well-​kept this facility is, was totally worth the drive for me to come here this once.
Would I come again? Only if I was in a real bind (again)… but if I lived closer I’d probably come all the time =)
Please open a 24 hour location in Woodland or Davis, you’d have one loyal customer at least!

I come here to wash my bedding all in one shot instead of tying up my washer and dryer all day. Large capacity machines, takes credit cards, good prices, and the facility is well cared for. I’ve never run into a crowd here and they have free Wi-​Fi. If you have to go to the laundromat, I suggest you come to paradise. Most of the local competitors are junky or straight up scary.

No one has written a review in a while so I will! I came here today because my washing machine is broken. I was a little hesitant because I have always thought laundromats were dirty and i’d never want to do my laundry at one. But today I had no choice! I’m so incredibly happy I chose paradise. It was incredibly clean! They have a tv with plenty of Stations to chose from. They also have these cute toys under the folding table for kids! The laundry ranges anywhere from 1.75(15lb washers cold water), 3.00(30 lb washer cold water), 6.00(60 lb washer cold water), 8.50(90lb washer cold water). I thought it was a little strange you have to pay more for warm/​hot water but I haven’t been to a laundromat since I was a kid. But besides that I think this place is wonderful considering I was a little worried. They also except debit/​credit cards which is awesome except I rushed to the bank to get quarters! Oh and they also offer free wifi!

what a life saving place. granted i went there at midnight so the place needed to be picked up a bit. secure i that you have to be buzzed in after a certain out. The machines are clean and some are HUGE and reasonably priced. It was my savior when my washer broke and I had to wait for the part to be delivered. the machines take cash or a credit card which was nice. cant really here the tv in there over the washers filling, spinning etc… all and all if you have to go to a laundromat this one is cleaner and more modern than the other 2 I am aware of in Roseville. The competitor I walked in and walked out never even got my laundry out of the car.

I was here on a Memorial Day weekend Sunday at noon and had only one other person drop in. Clean, affordable, well maintained appliances. Left 4 rolls of toilet paper for the T.P. Bandit! No complaints.

Went in around 8 pm with one load. There were a few people there, but I was in and out in about 50 minutes. Not many seats because according to the signs, some non-​customers used to loiter. Another sign warned of a toilet paper thief. Other than that, the place was clean and WiFi was free. Best of all, the machines took debit cards so I didn’t have to bother with change. I shall be coming back for sure.

I love this place! My bf and I drive over here, a little out of our way, to go here. It’s open 24 hours, but you’ll need a code you can find online after midnight. Very clean and fairly cheap also! The only issue I’ve had is it gets busy and one time there were people trying to use the space as a hotel for the night. I called it in and haven’t seen them since! I’ve even made a few friends from here!

We use this little place for washing our comforters and anything larger than what we want to use in our machines at home.
Clean and close to home. Newly remodeled about a year ago. Privately owned and operated and a flat screen television that works.
Dryers and washers are new and work without having to spend a fortune drying your bedding.
Right next door to a thrift store and a great little breakfast and lunch restaurant.
What more could you want when you are waiting for your bedding?

Wifi password doesnt work! Might just be at this location since the one in Citrus Heights worked fine.
I dont know anyone who enjoys trips to the laundry mat but if you must go this is the place has you covered from Large Capacity to Standard Capacity machines. The best part for those of us who dont carry cash and can’t find tons of quarters they have debit/​credit prepay machines for the washers and dryers.
We had to wash our king comforter and it doesnt fit in our standard washer at home so we have to go to the laundry mat to use the medium capacity front loader. It was so easy and the dryers work great for a smaller location there were plenty of machines available.

Excellent facility. A little pricey but the machines make worth it cause theyre all new. More high tech than some facility with cctv, cable tv, radio, wifi and after hour key pad. Owner’s business story on the wall which is very inspiring. I gave it four stars out of five because its pricier than most places by $ 0.50.

I use to do laundry at my apt complete but it took all day and was expensive. Now that Paradise Laundry opened I do my laundry there and it only takes an hour!!! I love that the place is clean, the machines are new and the price is right.
