Just did a complete overhaul of our Trust, Wills, etc, and working with Meyer & Yee could not have been easier or more convenient. The entire team is wonderful, easy to communicate with (and fast on email!), and very helpful. Their services go beyond the creation of estate documents, as they can help guide surviving trustees/​executors with administrative duties as needed. My wife and I were long overdue to update our Living Trust and did so recently with Meyer & Yee using a Legal Plan I’m enrolled in thru my employer.
Prior to our first appointment, we received a comprehensive Estate Planning packet that contained an explanation of Estate Planning Terms, an Estate Planning Flow Chart and an Estate Planning Worksheet. Having this packet beforehand was very helpful in outlining what information we needed to gather together as well as decisions to consider in preparation for our initial consultation.
Kent Meyer and Mike Yee were both personally present at our initial meeting. As new clients, we appreciated that very much. We walked thru the Pre-​Planning Worksheet with Mike and found him quite helpful in answering questions we had regarding options we had not decided on before meeting NOTE: going thru the pre-​planning packet carefully beforehand will pay off in making the process go much smoother. In addition to updating our 20-​year old Living Trust, we also created documents for our Last Will, Durable Power of Attorney, and Advance Healthcare Directives.
About three weeks later, we had a second meeting with Simon LeBleu, a very knowledgeable intern, who walked us thru the final documents. After a few minor amendments were made, we signed the documents and left with a nicely bound portfolio of the entire package including an additional electronic copy for our files.
We found Kent and Mike to be very knowledgeable of Estate Planning and were especially appreciative of Simon’s patience and attention to detail during the final document review. We found the entire process to be quite enjoyable and would not hesitate to recommend Meyer & Yee to anyone looking for similar services.

In just a short meeting I got some good advice that allowed me to handle my legal matters on my own with a good out come and without going through the whole small claims court process.
