what a wonderful experience i had with anthony this morning from lynch and sons pool service! i had tried unsuccessfully for three days to get my pump primed and working, with his professional help, we had it running in about forty minutes and i am so grateful! i enjoyed the experience of working with the good folks at lynch and sons pool service. they are just the best!

Called Lynch and Sons to see if they can inspect my underground pool heater for repair. Messed up scheduling the first visit, after committing a time, rescheduled, and still came at the wrong time and day. The receptionist did not seem to know what she was doing. Was very confusing to understand, and unable to make an accurate scheduled appointment. The one thing I will give her credit for was a $ 75 fee she explained very clearly… hmmmm, that Lynch and Sons charge just to look at your issue. She stated that this fee would be carried over to the job, if you choose to do so. Wow, they made $$ off me without doing a thing. Only pool company I’ve ever dealt with that does this. It’s a scam!!! She also had sent me prices of new heaters via e-mail…even before the heater was technically looked at by a technician. It seems as if there whole objective was to charge me thousands for a new heater without an actual diagnosis.
So…The first guy looks it over, who was not the tech, very nice guy, just not an actual tech… and stated he wasn’t…“OK”??? Takes video of the heater and says that he will forward to the actual tech… ummm, OK? Next, another guy comes two days later, the technician, This technician wasn’t even in my backyard for 10 minutes, and tells me that more than likely I need a whole new heater, or a repair option that would cost more than a new heater …“WTF”!!! Minutes later, I’m quoted by e-​mail from their receptionist prices for new heaters again… Really!!! Shortly finding out they quoted me a wrong price, wrong heater for my pool, and calling them on it… there mistake!!! The owner responded e-​mail (after I asked the receptionist for them to call me), tells me they made a mistake in pricing, and wanted to charge me hundreds more because of their mistake. I understand we make mistakes, it is a human thing to do. However, you should honor the original quote you made, or at least meet half way. There solution was a few weeks of free pool cleaning service… Really!!!
I will never use these guys again, nor recommend them to anyone. They are crooks!!!
Decided to get a second opinion… found it was only the sensor that needed replaced. The heater was still good. Saved over $ 2000.00! Shame on you Lynch and Sons!!!

I had MANY pool services before I found Lynch and Sons several years ago. I have been extremely happy ever since. I have weekly service and have also had some repairs done to the plumbing, new pool sweep and filter cleaning. The pool always looks fantastic, the service men are polite, friendly and always on time. I love the communication with both the service people and the office staff. They always leave a card when they come telling me what they did and if anything additional is needed. The billing department is fantastic and has been so flexible when I’ve needed to change payment methods. I plan to keep this service as long as I have a pool.

I have tried a few different pool cleaning companies and no one compares to the EXCELLENT Service that we get from LYNCH Pool Service. It starts from the Amazing Husband and Wife team that started the company. Judy is always so accommodating and very efficient. I love that they really care about their company as well as their customer satisfaction. Superb, would recommend to anyone who owns a pool!!!

The best customer service you will ever experience! Our pool is picture perfect every week and our serviceman Charles is the best in the business.

We have been happy with our service. We struggled with the balance of our pool when we did it on our own. Lynch & Sons Pool Service regulated the balance in our pool, provides timely service, good communication, and automated payment which is great! It has been great having them take care of our pool throughout the year and makes it more enjoyable for us!

Been using them for a few years. I have been happy with their service. Automated billing is very convenient.

We hired Lynch and Sons several months ago and are more than disappointed. First of all they never kept to a continual schedule. We would unlock the gate for the day they told us they were coming only to find out they made it another day. The worst part of their servicing our exercise spa is they had no idea of what they were doing. They ended up destroying our filter system by adding granules directly to the skimmer basket which clogged the filters and shut the water flow which shut down everything in the pool which made EVERYTHING stop working. We have paid for repair service, brand new filters and we no longer want them anywhere near our spa. This is the poorest service we have ever experienced. I recommend that people look elsewhere for services.

Disappointed!
Things started off great when I hired Lynch and Sons to service my pool. It was sparkling all summer. I hired them for a weekly full service which includes 9 steps.
1) Skim water surface to remove floating matter
2) Vacuum dirt and leaves in pool
3) Brush pool floor walls, floor and steps
4) Brush tile inside pool
5) Clean skimmer baskets for pool
6) Clean pump basket for pool
7) Maintain proper pool chemistry
8) Treat water with the necessary chemicals
9) Inspect pool equipment
This past month there has been excessive dirt on the steps walls and bottom of the pool. They have skipped the steps 2 & 3. When I sent them pictures of the substandard condition of my pool I was completely shocked by the response. Instead of an apology I received a call from the son stating, «Yes we skipped the steps and that it takes too long to do all the steps promised in the agreement. We have other pool’s to tend to.» For them to fulfill the promise it would cost me an additional $ 60 per. month for the additional time. Nothing in the agreement states how much time it takes to complete the 9 steps. He also said I need to buy an expensive pool sweeper. That’s what I hired them for! They are my expensive pool sweeper! We have all the tools required: A brush, vacuum and skimmer.
It’s a shame to see a good service go bad on us.
Needless to say I’m looking for a new pool service.

We started service with them 6 months ago and they took us from a green mess to crystal clear in less than a week and have kept it they way ever since. Same time every week and they leave a nice door-​knocker with details of the visit. It’s nice to have a company we can trust.

I have a love/​hate relationship with my pool. I love to swim in it, but I hate to take care of it. Last summer we purchased a home with a pool, I didn’t know where to start with the pool maintenance. Rich comes out once a week and takes care of everything… it’s like magic and my pool is blue and sparkly all year long. I’d recommend Lynch and Sons every day of the week!

Have been a customer for many years now and never had an issue. Service has always been exceptional and the people are great to work with. Wouldn’t change a thing.
