HYE Class Auto Detail

Very disappointed. After reading all of the stellar reviews, I expected a solid detail for the money. Hilton gave me a pretty good deal on a complete detail for my car as well as a wash for my motorcycle, so I was really looking forward to my appointment.
Almost nine hours after starting on my car, I got to inspect his work. All four wheels still had brake dust on them, which I was able to rub off with my finger. Every glass surface had waxy hand prints and hard water spots, and my center console was seemingly untouched. There was also some unattractive residue around the passenger’s side door handle that my wife was able to rub off.
He did a good job on the majority of the paint, and the seats and dash inside looked good. Under the hood looked great as well. These things considered, however, I’ve paid $ 40 for better work than what he charged $ 260 for. I expected much better for the amount of time he spent on it.
I’d give only one star, but my bike turned out great and he waxed it for free. Maybe it was just an off day for him.

I originally gave Hilton five stars and after actually getting into the vehicle realized he did a horrible job! I just hadn’t gotten around to updating my review. When he showed me everything it looked great. What I soon found out was he spent 6 or so hours just cleaning the seats, seatbelts, and carpet. He didn’t clean the vents, the dashboard, cup holders, center console, or anything else. Also everything was still damp for several days after and caused mold in our cup holders. I wanted to update my review so that other people would be able to get accurate information.

My Chevy truck had hard water stains baked into the paint, glass, and bumpers. I was certain that after having been there for almost 5 years there would be no possible way the stains would come out. Hilton spent a good part of the day finessing the deposits from my paint job bringing it from a gray din back to a white shine.
Hilton is an honest professional and I will gladly recommend his services to anyone looking for high quality auto detailing.

Our 4runner is beautiful. Thank you so much. He did a great job and got a discount for EMT license. The leather seats are shining and I can see the floor again lol. The back is one beautiful clean slate. I am so thankful because now it can be resold

Great service! Call for a 3:30 appointment he showed up at 3:15 with everything he needed including his own water tank! Very impressed with the job on my Cadillac DTS took time and extra care. Car looks like glass!

When I came up to Roseville to stay with family and during the long drive up from the bay, my 16 month old destroyed the car! I had milk, banana, soggy goldfish, and a plethora of other food items ground into the upholstery. I didn’t have time to take the car to get it detailed so I was THRILLED that there was a company that actually comes to you to clean your car. I was unsure about how good it would be seeing as how it was being detailed in the driveway, however when Hilton came to my family’s house, i saw this was the real deal. He had every piece of equipment needed to give me a professional detail. Great service, great product, and beyond convenient… I highly recommend this to everyone… especially if you have a schedule like mine!

So I woke up one morning to see multiple rows of scratches across my hood and down the side of my car. It looked like someone had dragged luggage over my car! Needless to say I called Hilton and within minutes he had those scratches buffed out as if it never happened.

Absolutely Amazing… Hilton is still in the driveway talking to my husband as I write this.
I have two boys and my car gets messy. I try to keep it relatively clean overall, but boys are messy and because I spend a lot of time in my car, plus the fact that I have tan interior (something I will never do again), there is lots of dirt from the kids shoes, backpacks, snacks being eaten in the car, etc.
I have been to many local car washes/​detailers to have my car cleaned and detailed. Five Star Car Wash, Dirt Busters, Fairway, Bobs, etc. I pay a small fortune at these places for a full detail. When my car is finally done, I do a walk around. There has not been one single time when I did not have to send my car back for a second cleaning of this area or that area. Things that should be clean and areas that are instantly visible (cup holders, the shift knob, door handles, steering wheel, seats) are still not cleaned as they should be. It’s annoying to have to wait three hours and then come out to find that your car is not clean at all. What the heck were they doing for three hours and what the heck am I paying for?
So I finally decided to find someone who specializes in auto detailing. That’s when I came across HYE Auto Detail. Hilton came out and gave me an estimate on Friday for a full detail (interior and exterior). We agreed on the price and he came back today to clean the car. He did an amazing job. My car is impeccably clean. As hard as I looked (and I looked really hard), I could not find one single area that needed to be cleaned again. My car is super shiny, the wheels are super shiny, and the car feels smooth as a baby’s butt from the wax job. The inside is spotless. The carpets are spotless. He cleaned every little crevice inside and out. My car is cleaner than the day I brought it home from the dealer. He did such an amazing job that I actually paid him more than what we agreed on for the price. He worked really hard and non-​stop. If we hadn’t made lunch for him, he probably would gone without.
Besides the fact that he is a hard worker and does an amazing job, he loves what he does and you can see that in his workmanship. He takes pride in what he does, in each and every car. He is personable, easy to talk to, very easy going and his goal is to clearly to please his customers. He follows up with every client to make sure they are happy. If there are any issues, he comes back to make it right.
It has been a long time since I have seen this kind of customer service and a willingness to please by anyone in any industry.
I would recommend him 100 times over without a second thought!
If you have him detail your car, you will get world class service… Hilton is just absolutely amazing!!!
