Looking for a gym to get into the habit of working out, I ended up hitting FitChix bootcamp about a year ago. Today after losing several lbs, FitChix bootcamp’s 1 hr sessions has become a part of my daily routine. What clicked for me is their doable workouts, though gave me a sore body, yet challenged me to return back the next day for more. Also having the commodity to drop to the 9 am session if I miss my 6 am helps me to keep it up ! Tuesday’s outdoor group running, is built into the schedule and gives room for another healthy habit. Both Kendra and Angie are understanding, encouraging and always there, which kept me motivated during the initial struggling days. Kendra offers nutritional guidance and newsletter with healthy recipes and tips which has been insightful.

I have been doing FitChix for 2 years now and have seen a huge difference in my energy level, health and overall fitness. It is so nice to have a group of motivating women to help you along to meet your goals. I love that every week the workouts change which makes it fun and never gets boring! If you have never tried a Bootcamp/CrossFit type of workout this is where you should go. I had never done anything like this before and was very pleasantly surprised by the results. They are very knowledgeable and help you do all the right things for your body. None of the typical gym drama or «gym rats» here. Just good old fashion sweat and tears. Kendra and Crew are awesome. Love it. Try the FitChix for sure!
