They installed our all new AC/​Heating system two years ago and we haven’t stopped having problems. Every few months our «new» compressor fails and we have to deal with all the inconvenience again and again. First, they did not change the old thermostat and the wiring wasn’t compatible so the system run only on heat strips for more than a month, you can imagine the electric bill (they paid some of those expenses). From then on it has been the compressor failing many times. They have said it was excess of freon, the wiring, the breaker… But it just happen again tonight. We are freezing; our compressor just failed, AGAIN.
Our electric bills during winter are way above average from our neighbors (Roseville Utilities sends us a chart) even though we keep the thermostat in the mid 60s. I know there is something defective in our unit or the installation.
Regarding customer service, in one occasion they sent their «heat pump expert», a young man who asked me how cold was the air coming out of the ducts to which I answered «not warm», he asked the same question separately to my husband and my husband answered «cold» then this guy confronted us saying «who is not telling the truth?». This same «expert» told us that day that heat pumps are useless in cold weather (we are in California) that we shouldn’t be turning it on during cold nights. Hello! We had just paid them thousands of dollars so we could have a better heating system.
I just emailed them again (I kept all the emails), let’s see if they answer and fix once and for all our problems. I hope they don’t want to charge for the checkup as they tried last time. I’ll keep you posted.

My review of this excellent team is long overdue. I was initially impressed of the service and value received from a tune up some time ago. Fast forward, I got my new AC replaced last summer. No hassle negotiation, very knowledgeable, guaranteed no hidden fees, not pushy at all. The installation team was very professional, prompt and completed the work on time. They took care of all my paperwork and provided clear instructions to ensure permit process went smooth too. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship, I highly recommend this company!

Amazing company! They couldn’t have done a better job. From the beginning, Matthew came to our home, inspected it and gave his opinion on what would work best for us. He didn’t try to push a sale or push the top of the line, he gave us a few choices of what would work best for us. He was very knowledgeable.
Shawn and Stiles were the installers. Wow, what a great couple of guys! They installed the entire system in one day. This included getting rid of our old HVAC system, installing the new one, making adjustments, adding an extra duct, cleaning up after and all the while informing us of what they were doing. When they completed the job we received very thorough, concise training on our new system and all the next steps we needed to take to complete the process (inspections from the city, etc… the company had already applied and received the permits needed to start the job.
Needless to say, we are very satisfied with the service!

Got up tues. morning and our heat pump system was dead, no display on the thermostat. Called them at 9 am and they were at the house by 10:30. We do have a service agreement with them from summer when we had the AC part «tuned up» and checked. Their service is excellent and the tech lets know how things are going as they do the work.
They do what is necessary to keep your system running and do not even try to up sell what you do not need.

Environmental heating and air was the third bid to replace our 10 year old AC unit that has been tripping the breaker, after the first company told us it needed to be replaced because it was drawing too much amperage. The tech from Environmental, Cory Buck, rechecked the unit and told me it was not drawing anywhere near the amps needed to trip the 50 amp breaker and suggested it was a weak breaker switch. I guess you know where I will turn the next time I have AC trouble.

I want to tell you all what great after-​purchase service Env Heating & Air has. I purchased a Lennox AC/​furnace 2 to 3 years ago. Yesterday in the 100+ degree heat, the AC stopped (wouldn’t you just know it) at 5:30 pm on a Friday. Worst time possible, right? On Saturday morning Kirk was at my door, got the AC running again really quickly, also checked the furnace and the ducting while he was here, and even though he didn’t have to, was nice enough to fix a stuck bedroom register for me. Matt, Kirk and Brandy as a team are the nicest folks to deal with, and i thought this fabulous after purchase service should be Unilocaled about! thanks guys, you rock!

I had a new system installed a couple weeks ago. The comfort advisor was great, the install crew was professional. brandi was a great help with all the paperwork, HERS testing, permits and rebates. I had an overall great experience

Appointment was for somewhere between 10am-​12pm. Got a call from the main office at 9:45am stating that technician would be at my home in 25 minutes. I texted the wife (who was at home because I’m working) and sure enough, Richard was there exactly as promised (10:10am).
Got to work and did an amazing job. We were definitely low on refrigerant, so per the $ 59 Angie’s List deal, he added enough to get us back to the correct levels. Did a thorough inspection, including getting up in our attic above the second story master bedroom. Found found a couple of potential items I might want to address in the future, but said they weren’t imminent and was cool about it all; not trying to push or sells us anything. He left a report of everything he did and the recommendations with costs associated. Would definitely use Environmental Heating and Air Solutions again!

Called the company and had same day service! Would definitely recommend. Service professional was very courteous and explained thoroughly.

Our A/​C unit stopped late yesterday so we called for service. The tech came this morning and he was awesome! (His name is Kirk) he explained everything! Answered our numerous questions, and provided options for future improvements. We have used this company for almost 3 years now and continue to be VERY PLEASED with the great service!

After having a bad experience with California Energy Services I decided to call Environmental Heating and Air Solutions and I was amazed how each and every member of its staff worked for customer satisfaction. I was even given a discount on service call fee. Kirk, the technician was really professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He did not leave our house until our AC unit is up and running. He even changed the bulb in our attic that the previous company did not bother doing though they have been up there for several occasions. The price is VERY reasonable. I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone. I am a very satisfied customer Thanks Kirk and everyone at EHaASolutions.

I had a salesman from this company come out today, 5÷9÷15. The sales guy was Josh Waxham. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Awesome person and this is an awesome company so far! I had received a flyer in the mail about a special financing program.
I have been living without heat or air for almost 2yrs! I didn’t think there was any hope. I got that flyer, called Environmental and got an appointment right away! Josh explained all my options and how the program worked, and oh my god I’m so happy to be approved and will be getting a unit installed in 1−2weeks!!! :) Thank you Josh for your excellent service, and thank you to Brandi who got those fliers in the mail :) :)

Cory at Environmental Heating and Air Solutions was amazing! He not only was professional, but also a very friendly guy. I set up an appointment for a «check up» on my HVAC. He was thorough in checking both my furnace and A/​C unit and very detailed in explaining what I should be doing for preventative care. I had one part that needed replacing but other than that, all was good! Thank you Cory… you’re the best!

Our A/​C unit went out without warning last week. My neighbor told me about Environmental Heating and Air, and said they are very professional and affordable. I called on a Monday and spoke to Brandi in the office. She told me she would have someone out that day. A couple of hours later a nice man named Matt showed up to tell me about my options. He explained that the new systems are extremely energy efficient and very quiet. Matt explained that the new 25 SEER Lennox system would cut my energy bills a ton. Long story short, they came out the next day and installed the new unit that same day! I highly recommend Environmental to anyone that needs their service!

Our HVAC unit broke on the day we came home from the hospital with our first baby. We called and told Environmental about our problem and they immediately sent someone to asses the issue. When it was determined that we would likely need a new unit, the owner came out to provide the estimate. They gave us several options knowing that we have a new baby. This was all done with a newborn in the house, so everyone we dealt with tiptoed around our home so as not to disturb her. We decided to buy the new unit, but in the meantime, the office offered the use of their own space heaters to keep our home warm. Talk about customer service!
The next day they installed the new unit efficiently and we are now with heat! We are so grateful for their quick work and highly recommend them.

Environmental Heating & Air Solutions came out last month to replace my outdated HVAC unit. The install crew was polite and respectful of our kids and pets during the entire install process. We are very excited to have a new high efficient system to keep us comfortable at a reasonable price. We just had our inspection completed today and all looks great! We had an excellent experience with Environmental Heating and Air. They installed an AC unit at our place, needing to modify some of the existing ductwork and the like, and did so efficiently. We had to wait over the weekend for them to come out (due to the fact that we needed a crane to get the old unit off the house), so they gave us a portable air conditioner, free of charge, to use until they were able to fix the issues with our system.
Before we decided to go with EHA, the owner came out to look at our house on his own time after I told him I was going with someone else. He said that he wanted to win our business, and that if he could come out that night whenever it was best for us, he’d be willing to come on over. He gave us the best option for our house that we’d had, and he stayed to give us a quote and to bring back that portable AC unit I spoke of. This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had.
Our AC works beautifully, and all the people who came out to look at the unit/​work on the unit were great. We had a great experience, and I highly recommend them. They also gave us a pretty good price as well. Check them out!

My air conditioner wasn’t running as cold as I was used to, so I thought it was time for a tune up. I got several flyers in the mail for discounted specials. The Unilocal reviews for those companies were terrible. I decided to search for a company on my own. I found Environmental and the reviews were great, so I decided to give them a shot.
I called and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the same day. Sergio came out and was very friendly and informative. He did a complete tune up on our system. He answered all my questions and gave us some good tips on how to extend the life of our air conditioner. I will be calling him for all future maintenance!
