This location is always out of something. especially the Baskin Robbins side. Actually, on two occasions they ran out of vanilla & chocolate ice cream. I was thinking, really? isn’t that just a standard flavor you should always have? They actually didn’t have donuts a time or two when I came through there believe it or not?! I know it was late but, shouldn’t there be something left between the hours of them going out and them coming in? Probably not the best place to be open 24 hours(and I think they’re not anymore). Additionally, I learned that they order their donuts from outside of their business so they basically get a truck in from somewhere else. Once I got fresh donuts that they said they just made so I was really excited, we ordered 2 dozen and they were all stale tasting. Luckily the manager was nice and eventually I was able to get 2 free dozens to replace those but, when you are craving fresh donuts. it’s really disappointing to get stale ones. I think a lot of these issues have to do with management and poor ordering/stocking knowledge. It was good for some time then, it took a dive and was really bad(problems mentioned above) and I was hoping it would get good but, still has not. It’s too bad really, because it is nice to have both of these places open for variety’s sake.

If you go later in the evening .say 8pm — you can buy the donuts for half off! Yes, not smart dieting, but just a tip for other Unilocalers.

I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee and got the friendliest Dunkin Donuts experience I’ve ever had. First, two employees were eagerly waiting to take my order. The iced coffee was not quite ready, so while I was waiting, an employee apologized and offered me a free doughnut. I had my order in less than five minutes, but another employee apologized again and thanked me for my patience. Hell, I thought that was well within the reasonable wait for a hot sandwich and a fresh cup of coffee! It seemed that everyone(about 6 employees) behind the counter worked efficiently and enjoyed being there. How often do you see that at a place like this?

I think the construction is hurting this location. But that is the only reason for the 2 stars. I stopped because I had a coupon for a free ice tea. It is suppose to be $.99 for any size. She tried to charge me $ 3.58 for a muffin n large tea. I go that is for a muffin and she tells me(not friendly) that she forgot about the coupon. No big deal, it happens. So I pay and await my change. She hands my my change and scratches my with these long fake nails. I don’t mind fake nails but you really should know how to not hurt people with them. Anyways, I leave and noticed that their sweet tea isn’t anything like McDonald’s. They brew their tea and add sugar after it is already cold. Sugar that ended up at the bottom of the cup in a solid white form. For further reference, stick to the hot chocolate in the wintertime. However, I am still weary of going back and probably wont since Tim Horton’s is next store.
