There is a great guy names Ashmir, I believe that’s his name. He works the floor or In the prize store. He’s very helpful and has great customer service skills. He’s great with kids too!

The ONLY reason for the Star, is because the guys in charge of the games are very nice and helpful, great server… as far as everything else, NOTWORTHIT! Maybe to just eat, but drinks are Ridiculously Expensive… they charge you to BUY a card to add money on to play games, and didn’t bother mentioning that… the games are by far a rip off, and the«girl» at the front desk was not personable whatsoever… we will never go again. Wasted two hours of my life.

I’m here right now celebrating my birthday. The bartender Matt is on duty behind the bar hittin his ecig. The dessert looks like an Eskimo pie but its actually a brownie with lots of canned whipped cream which was oddly disappointing. Morgan was my server and she was a rock star. #imightbedrunk #jollyranchersrock #whydidyouchangethechannel

Ordered a mojito and it tasted like Sprite The bad sign was that the drink did not have enough mint. It only had one leaf in it I was able to switch my drink for a margarita and it was really good. Ordered a burger medium rare and was well done

I love Dave & Busters but I didn’t care for the location. Small building with hardly any games. I doubt I’ll ever return to this location.

Place is super fun. Service is horrible, I ask for a shake for my son and they had no ice ream. I ask for a cocktail special they ran out. Never again I would come here

Bad experience. The calamari you show on your menu(top) is very different than the one delivered to the table(bottom). Your actual calamari is shriveled and indistinguishable from the onion bed you serve it on. This is after one of your hostess not acknowledging us despite standing directly in front of her for over 5 minutes. She greets other incoming guests, and when I tell her we’ve been waiting says she assumed we were with the family adjacent to us. The other family was Korean and we’re Pacific Islander! Even my 12-year old daughter was offended she didn’t know the difference. She then disappears for another 10 minutes to supposedly clear a booth for us and doesn’t come back. Another hostess had to seat us. 1) Get better trained staff with some cultural awareness 2) Take a closer look at your menu to compare to what you actually deliver to the table

Where to start! For a place that advertises for adults! When the kids outnumber the adults and I feel like I’m at Chuck E Cheese, and you can’t play a game because of all the kids. Every menu I picked up was sticky. The bar top was sticky. The drink was lacking some; how do you say it «Alcohol». So you all can have fun going, I wall not be back. Untell the kids are gone or maybe when you in force your policy’s! Of children.

Went in today with my family and had the worst service i have ever had, #1 our server was no where to be found when trying to to order or get refills #2 I ordered calamari and it came out cold and had to be sent back because of how horrible and frozen the food was #3 I had to find my own silverware which the server never gave us. Bad all the way around, I will never go back!

I’ve been here a few times. The kids always have a great time playing the game, they have a nice choice of drinks however the service is always the best and it’s very slow the food is not the best it’s just mediocre bar food

Service has continued to decline at this location and the quality of food is ok at best. Tonight we had to ask two different serves for napkins and utensils. Really? Blamed it on the bus staff. The reason why it’s three stars over two is the place is kept neat and clean and the video games work like they should and all look new. You always see people cleaning and repairing items . We frequent this location because my 6 year old loves playing games. The cost of the games has gone up as well

Fun fun fun place to hang out and watch football. This was my first visit here and we were lucky enough to score a great table right in the bar area in front of the TV’s. The service was friendly and pretty fast for the most part. Our server took good care of us and made sure we were happy. That particular night D and B’s was raffling off a Kaepernick jersey and I missed it by one ticket number. BOO!!! The food was decent. Nothing mind blowing but there were tons of choices so that was nice to have so many decisions. We split the nacho plate. This plate can easily feed 3 – 4 people as an appetizer. They were really yummy and had lettuce on them. At first I thought«what the hell?» but it actually turned out nice and gave it an extra crunch. Plus it made it feel a little healthier. haha who am I kidding. We had a few different drinks. They were tasty and very colorful. Fun drinks for sure. The bathroom was nice but a little dirty. The games that they had were fun and loud. Lots of choices and lots of grown-ups as well as kids enjoying the place. Can’t wait to come back next time I am in the area.

The company I work for and my family have enjoyed the D&B in the Bay Area many times in the past. We decided to take out girls to the location near our home in Roseville tonight, bad idea. The hostess quoted us a 1 hour and 15 minute wait time. It was a very busy Saturday night so that was understandable. I requested a booth because our 3 year old does not do well in chairs yet. She likes to get up and check things out. The hostess said that my request was not possible and that if we did not take the first table that came open when our name was called we would have to start our entire wait over. She was also very rude about it. I told her that we usually wait to the side when our name is called for the next booth at EVERY other restaurant that we visit. We left and will not be back to this location. I recommend saving your business for a more understanding business.

So I’ve been to Dave N Busters a number of times & over all enjoy myself. It’s a really cool spot to be a big kid & have fun.(Piña colada in had lol). I went today & my server was blahhh, he wasn’t rude but just no help at all… Or I should say didn’t offer help, the best way I can describe him is he is not a ppl person for sure. I couldn’t decide on anything so I passed. But my daughter got the chicken fingers and fries. When I first saw it I felt like it looked like they dropped a bare piece of chicken in oil(not battered) but it did have some on it just didn’t cover it. It looked sooooo dry I had to try it. It was actually really flavorful & I must say based off the looks I was surprised. The fries were really greesy & not hot. Overall it was okay. But I would just think with a business with such an awesome concept(Eat & play) they should have upbeat servers!

I was nervous seeing the rating of this place but decided to come here around 7:30 pm on a Friday night anyway. It was super busy and we waited almost 1 hour for an outdoor table for 8 people. To kill time, you can play games and there’re actually other activities at the Fountain right in front of the restaurant. There’re some show cars, music and other handicraft stores. It’s fun especially for any families with kids. Décor: I love their patio/outdoor seating. It’s nice, roomy and very chill. Food: better than I expected. My Bacon-Wrapped sirloin Medallions & Grilled Shrimp was full of flavor. My bf ordered Bistro Steak & Shrimp with Lobster Alfredo and was disappointed because the beef was overcooked and under-seasoning. The Piña Colada was delicious to my liking but it’s kinda small and looked so bland. Services were great and fast. But don’t expect much when it’s busy. Ok Dave&Buster’s, we will be back.

Definitely in no way compares to my usual one in Milpitas. It’s much, much smaller, seems a bit more gloomy and claustrophobic, and has WAY less games. To be honest, I’d rather drive and hour and a half down just for the other D&B than drive up half the time for this one. It’s not that bad, it’s just relatively much worse. Another thing, is that this establishment is only for 21 and up. Not that big of a deal, but when half of your friends are over 21 and the rest still haven’t hit drinking age yet, it kinda sucks. At least the location is really nice. Right outside is this crazy pretty plaza – great for those day dates. Pretty much everything here is the same except it’s in a lot worse kept condition; a lot of the games weren’t working and there was barely any room to get by everyone. The food was pretty good but is definitely pretty pricey. 3 cause I still love D&B, even though they could improve on a lot.

Asked myself«why did I take so long to try this place out»? Made the drive out from W. Sac yesterday and so glad we did. Food was really great. Chicken strips and the yummiest season fries I’ve had in a long time. Ordered dessert even though we were full but the Banana Foster was calling my name and it was oh so good! Service was great and our server was really friendly and explained everything regarding the game cards and eat and play combos. Games were so much fun too! We will be back here very soon!

Oh my goodness, Dave and Buster’s does not deserve its average rating! I may hopefully soon visit the San Diego location and change my mind about that, but this is easily a four star establishment. So much fun!!! There really isn’t anything like it around here. Let’s start with the two reasons I LOVE this place: Four Person Trivia and the Mario Kart Racers. Sunsplash has them too but they’re a little worn out. If they would put in more than two, life could be a dream Sh-Boom. I LOVE to get up in there and trivia shark my friends to win tickets. Food is better than Applebee’s, with a large low calorie menu, plus there’s alcohol here. Not only that, but you can walk around with said alcohol while you play. Staff are decently friendly, especially the ones back by the ticket store place. The separation between Arcade and Full Restaurant and Bar is nicely done. On the negative side, it’s a bit expensive to play and eat here. Still, such a blast! Always a go to with friends and family.

I love Dave & Busters, but they’re drinks and food is exceptional… I just come here with friends to occasional play for games, usually on Wednesday for their ½ price games. LOVESIT! Best times to come if you want faster service is during opening until 4pm, anytime later than that, expect poor service, everyone cannot be help in a timely manner especially when game machines are down and/or out of tickets. Won my MONKEY here, yay! FYI, its filled with styrofoam looks likes, and not cotton as I thought it was. LOL! But I’m still happy with what I won. Can easily win this prize if you come on Wednesdays for ½ day game days. :)

While this is the fun cool place to take your date, please keep the ghetto booty shorts at home. When we visited on valentines day you could tell that the ladies were ‘club bound’. It was odd and gross. The food was boring and unappetizing. Our waiter was a little slow and didn’t keep the drinks filled or stocked. Many of us had alcohol so you know there is always room to give drinkers more drinks! The game floor was messy and dirty. It looked like a frat party the morning after! Empty glasses, empty cups with lemons and straws. It was a casino for people who didn’t want to go to the casino. The staff seemed sad. I guess I would be too if I had to sling the rip off of the power card play games.
