Dr. Valdez has been my son’s doctor since his birth 7 ½ years ago. He is wonderful with my son and his staff is great as well. They always get us in if we call for a last minute appointment.

Dr Valdez personally is very nice. I sometimes feel he is a little too casual though. The main reason for my low rating is the very awful/​rude office staff. Aside from the front desk receptionist, I have had bad experiences with most, if not all, the rest!

Dr. Valdez have been my family pediatrician more than a decade. The responsiveness of his staff have been on the decline the past year. If this ineptitude continues, we are going to switch doctors.

Awful doctor and staff. Staff is unfriendly and rude. We have decided to no longer take our children here anymore. The doctor (Valdez) seems lazy and does bare minimum during visits. Do not recommend this doctor to anyone!

Spoke to the doctor while at the hospital after the birth of my son. He told me in person that he would see us on Saturday and to call his office the following day to make the appointment. His office staff was rude and when I called told me if I did not come in today to not bother coming in and to see a different doctor. I asked to talk to the doctor since I had the conversation with him directly and was laughed at. Completely unprofessional. Glad I didn’t end up starting a doctor/​patient relationship with this doctor.

I’ve always had a good experience w Dr Valdez and his staff. I recently got my daughters ears pierced there. He’s very anal and thorough which i loved. Prefer him do it than a teenager in the mall. I know they have to be certified.
Our well visits are always quick and he always gave us time to ask questions. Staff is always so friendly and great w kids too.

I wanted to switch over to Dr. Valdez from another Pediatrician’s office. He seemed great and I really liked him a lot. I signed all the paper work to get our records transferred. A month later, I called the office to get my son’s immunization records to register him for kindergarten. The woman on the phone said she had just sent the request for our records a couple days prior. Again, I had brought them in a month ago and they were just now sending the request?! My oldest daughter has had open heart surgery, so we see a lot of different doctors and surgeons. I can say for certain that this isn’t a good sign if it takes the staff an entire month to simply fax a request for medical records (they even said it would be done right away). There are times that we need things faxed the same day to different specialists because of my daughter’s condition. Dr. Valdez is very nice, but I don’t think his staff is on top of it. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back. I really need an office that runs more efficiently. To be totally honest, I’ve never had a doctor’s office take that long to fax anything. It’s kind of ridiculous and not a good sign :(

Dr. Valdez has been our pediatrician since my daughter was born. He and his staff are extremely nice. The facility itself is new and very clean. When it comes time for shots, they are fast and we like that. Very happy to have been a patient for this long.
