Avalon Printing & Graphics

Beware!!! Do not be fooled like I was, they offer low prices on banners but then hit you with very expensive art charges! I could have had my banner printed anywhere else in Roseville for much less. Also, their so called state of the art process for printing t-​shirts is a joke. The print feels like plastic and washed off after a couple of washings! I called and complained but have not heard back. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I have been using Avalon graphics for years now and they have never let me down and have always came through for all of our printing needs! Avalon graphics is the very best local printer that we have ever dealt with!!!

Great customer service and pricing. I just had some color signs printed, and had submitted them via e mail but mistyped by one letter. My mistake. They were able to get them done really fast anyway once we realized the error and the service was terrific. They helped me last year as well and did a great job. Going to them for business cards and any other advertising needs. Recommend Breanna there — she really knows what they can do and is very good. Excellent communication and computer skills.

I have my business cards printed here and couldn’t be happier. As a local Realtor, I need to make sure my cards look sharp, get them quickly and get the best value. Avalon comes through each time! I wouldn’t hesitate to reccomendation them for your business needs!

I do most of my printing in house, but when I need something special done or something fast I turn to Avalon. Adrianna is the person I work with and she is extremely helpful and accommodating. I am always pleased with their quality and turnaround. Thanks Avalon!

I’ve used them at least 5 times within the last 2 weeks and about 3 of those times they’ve either messed up with the printing or completion time. Their staff is nice, but they have HORRIBLE communication skills. Don’t go here if you need something printed within a 5 day frame. They may say it’s a 2 day turn around, but really it’s 3 or 4 and that’s if they don’t screw it up on the first print. Many of the things I’ve given to them have been completed late or they never even called me to tell me they were ready. For example, on Monday morning I needed 50 copies of a flyer and needed it by Wednesday evening. I never got a call on Wed saying they were complete and when I called Thurs morning, the lady told me they weren’t done yet… So I called later in the afternoon and the same girl told me «oh ya, they were done last night». Another time, I gave them 3 days (by 2 pm the 3^rd day) to get something printed and on the 3^rd day (the due date) I called to check the status and she told me «oh ya I was meaning to call you, we haven’t started it yet. they’ll be done by 3». 3 came and I called, oh ya they’ll be done by 4 and then it got pushed back to 5… Obviously they’re not paying attention to orders and are not communicating well with their customers. This was the 2^nd time I had a similar instance like this. When I told them I was more hesitant to use them now because they don’t communicate, I was told «we’ve been really busy». I’m sorry, but if I’m paying hundreds of dollars to you, I expect to be told correct information and for my material to be printed in a timely manner. Oh well, I guess they’re to busy for my business and I’ll go elsewhere.

I’ve been having Avalon Printing do my business printing for several years. During that time, they have continually been slower than expected in graphic design turnaround time and actual production time. The last interaction was the straw that broke the camel’s back and forced me to another local printer.
I brought my new artwork into Avalon to have business cards, letterhead and envelopes printed. The clerk at the front desk told me the design would be completed in «2 to 3 days» and I would get an email with the proofs. After 4 days, I called Avalon and was told the clerk I spoke with was at lunch. This seemed odd since I called at 3:30 pm and the store isn’t open very late. Not receiving a return call, I called again about 4:45 pm and was advised that the clerk was not at lunch but rather, on vacation and my order hadn’t been touched since I left it there 4 days prior.
I cancelled my order and ordered through another printer in Roseville. I received faster service and more competitive pricing elsewhere. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 star is because they had performed reasonably (not great but reasonably) in the past.

Avalon Graphics is my vendor of choice for marketing material. They’ve helped me with graphic design work, and let me know when the source material I supplied wouldn’t look good when printed. Their turn times are great, and they have hand delivered product to me. Thanks, Ken!

I use Avalon Graphics all the time. I’ve ordered everything from flyers to huge banners and received everything on time and perfect. They tell you when something in your image doesn’t seem quite right and will meet and beat competitors nearby…(and I always shop around.) And their monthly newsletter is super informative. I design my own images, so I can’t speak for their design department, but the printing and customer service is beyond exceptional.

I don’t do tons of printing but I had them do 1000 flyers for some advertising needs.
Pros: They printed a proof for free and warned me that the picture and pixel quality wasn’t up to their standards. I still thought it looked good enough for what I needed it for. So I had 1000 one sided color flyers on premium paper printed for around $ 165. The turnaround time was only a few days and they hand delivered the finished product to my office.
Cons: Probably could have found a cheaper deal online, but with things like this it’s nicer to have a person to talk to.
Overall: They gave me a 10% off new customer first time discount, so if you need something printed, can’t hurt to give them a try.

Great service! Very fast turn around and great quality. Customer service representatives were so nice and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my projects. I have gone here multiple times and have consistently got great service and quality work. Definitely feel like they care about my finished product. Would never think about going to Kinkos again!
