Anderson Tow Service

OMG… I want to say this company is a life saver… And the tow guy Brian was super efficient and super nice… I had been waiting for a tow truck for hours and the orig company (ace in a hole) that had scheduled to come out didn’t want to do and made up some BS reason why they couldn’t do it so then I had to HOURS to find another company ANDERSON TOW agreed to come out was there in less than 25 min had my car hooked up in no time and I was home in no time… I would definitely recommend them for anyone that needs them in the future…

On time and fast service!

I was recently involved in a major accident and had to have my car towed to Anderson towing. Brian took only twenty minutes to get to my location and moved the car quickly back to his tow yard. After speaking with him on the phone, he let me know that he could also purchase the vehicle if I was looking to sell it as it most likely would be salvaged which I was able to confirm. We decided on a price quickly and the transaction was completed within 10 minutes the next day. Brian was very personable, professional, and the transaction was completed seamlessly. If I’m ever in the Roseville and Rocklin area again and need a tow, I’ll be calling Anderson towing again.

These guys were great! My car broke down on the freeway, from the minute Brian answered the phone until 15minutes later when a truck showed up these guys stayed in contact. The driver immediately escorted me into his truck where I could sit safely then returned to tow my car. Very fast and very professional! These guys gave light to a dark situation and I will be using them again and recommending them to any one!

Im really upset with anderson tow. I had a blow out tire on the side of the freeway. I had no money for a tow. My mom called and payed for them to come help me. I was on the side of the freeway for a while in the heat with my new born baby. The CHP came and told us to get off the side of the freeway and get out of the heat. My brother took me to his house to get my baby out of the heat. The guy called me and said the tow truck was on the way and he would be there in a few mins and I told him I wasn’t there and my brother was on his was on his way. We got off the phone and about 10 mins later he called and asked where we were and I said my brother should be there any min and he said if hes not here in 2 mins they are going to leave. Not to mention the guy was very rude! I would never recommend them! They suck with customer service! A waste of money!

Wasn’t paying attention and ran out of gas on the freeway. I put in tow service in my google app, and they were the closest company to me.
I called them, and they were on site with a gas can within 15 minutes. I can’t say they’re probably this quick every time but I was close to their location and they were REALLY FAST. Within 30 minutes from the phone call I was back on the road.

Best Towing Service around! There is no intimidation, fear, or weariness about the owner and employees of the small business. Most clean cut, salt of the earth people you’re going to meet! First ones I will call for any lock out or tow service!

This rating is for the towing service. They were fast, responsive, and very professional. I freak out every time I have to deal with towing services since I heard and experience people who are rude and unprofessional in the past. Not this business. I had my truck towed in Roseville. They called before they came and was very courteous and professional. Great service and I would definitely use them again. High class service :-)

I hired Anderson Tow to move my Lamborghini from the body shop to my place and Brian showed up to tow it, he was very friendly and professional, his truck and equipment was top notch and Brian clearly was experienced, he loaded and unloaded my car in such care as if it were his own car, these exotics are not easy to tow, they are very low to the ground but Brian clearly knew how to execute such difficult tow without even a nick on my bumper, if you have an exotic this guy is the one to go to, ask for Brian.

Unbelievably, we needed to tow two vehicles this week. The first time, the car broke down in Roseville, and Anderson was my third call. It was by far the best price. In fact, the price was about half of what I expected it to be. Professional, considerate, fast, and efficient are all words that come to mind. Then today, our truck broke down on highway 99 in the Natomas area. On the freeway! I considered calling a Natomas tow company, but the experience with Anderson was so good, that I called them first. Their price was clear and mileage-​based, making it easy for me to figure out exactly what the cost was going to be. However, by the time we were actually ready for the tow, it was in the middle of the commute hour, and all of their trucks were tied up on accidents. The dispatcher didn’t want us to wait too long, so he suggested I call around the local companies to see if it would be faster. I did, and the prices were way more than Anderson. And besides that, they were all very vague about what the price would end up being, based on time instead of mileage. Since that really made me nervous, I decided to stick with Anderson. So the dispatcher suggested that we leave a note on the vehicle and hide the key for the driver and then go home and wait. We did. About 90 minutes later, the driver called from the scene, with our truck already up on his flatbed and ready for directions. Twenty minutes later, the driver was here and quickly and safely unloaded our truck. Both times, the bill was exactly as quoted. 100% positive experience. I can’t imagine a better company to deal with during a high stress time.

These guys are great. I had to take my car into the shop and Anderson Towing arrived quickly and delivered my car safely. The price to have it towed was a lot cheaper than I expected. They even gave me a $ 5 off coupon for my next service. Thanks!

These guys provide excellent services. Professional, kind and very informative. I personally witnessed them take great care of the vehicles, they are very careful with how they handle their tows. I not only use Anderson Tow for my company, they had personally bailed me out from the side of the road when my car broke down. A+++++

WOW, what service! This tow company, nice/​clean impressive tow truck and super kind AND professional young man made my mini car crisis a no problem event. I knew my car was in the BEST hands with the BEST company. I didn’t even follow them to the dealer, I simply called to doublecheck they received my car. WHAT A HUGE RELIEF having them (vs. the usual yucky unsavory type) show up.
I don’t know if the driver was family, but I was impressed that if he wasn’t an owner he represented his company so well you would not know the difference.
The tow truck itself was so nice and well maintained the neighbor kids came out to watch «the event» of the tow!
I will DEFINITATELY keep their card in my wallet! (It also has a $ 5 off coupon on the BACK — FABULOUS!!)

I called, you said the truck would be here in 20 minutes and it was less than 15 minutes! (usually tow companies are slow!)
