I have been keeping my belongings in multiple storage units and I have never had better service from another storage company! I was helped by honest answers to my questions about sizing, and cost to fit my budget. So glad I decided to stop in!

I had a unit at this location for over two years and with a promo price of $ 130 for 3 months and then up to $ 150 after that. The price does seem to go up every few months with no written notice and at the end of using the facility was paying $ 180 a month. As for the complaints about customer service I would say it was on par for a storage facility and have had better then the staff here offers. The big issue I have is receiving only one phone call from the«manager,» Joe McGrath, because I was late on my monthly payment. By no means was this the first time I had been late on a payment but it was the only time I had been called about it. I had planned on turning in my key as the cost of the units had gotten to a point I shopped around and found a more reasonable price to store my items. So I went in later that day and there was a balance due as I did not calculate the prorate of the unit fees for the few days I was overdue. But Joe McGrath refused to give me a recite on the deposit for the keys I turned in and the prorate balance was much higher than taking the days in the month divided by days late. As I asked how will I have proof that I turned in the keys Joe McGrath threw the keys at me and accused me of being a thief. At this time I asked for the contact information for the owner or the company’s home office, to which Joe McGrath said he would not give me that information. From there he talked down to me and even talked to another customer about what he had to deal with at his job. He then instructed me to put the keys on the counter and step away from them so I would not steal them and if I did I was on camera. At this time Joe McGrath was being very loud and disrespectful. The other employee on shift removed himself from the area and I began to record the incident with my phone. Joe McGrath continued to call me names and talk down to me while he «fixed» the balance on the account. At this time I had to be quite so he could figure it out.
I would have recommended this location before the 30 minute berating from the location«manager» Joe McGrath. But at this point I would say take the items you wish to store to another company.

Great rates! I love that they have a truck to use for your move. The employees are very nice and professional. This place is always clean. You see the employees around the facility cleaning all the time. I highly recommend this place.

Don’t store your property at this place. They don’t tell you the truth. When they tell you you have the use of a moving truck, you really don’t. When they advertise it on their sign for free use of a truck its a lie. Its free, but only for moving in. Whats the point of using a truck when you can’t use it? It’s fraudulent advertising and is wrong. Don’t do business with this place.

Dead rats! We had a dead rat in our unit because another tenant left food in their storage unit. The complex decided to poison all the rats with rat bait and as a result, the rats died in the storage units of other people. After talking with the employee we were promised a call from the manager about our dead rat that was decomposing in our unit. We didn’t receive a call so we reached out again and talked with the assistant manager — he promised us sticky traps, but nothing more. We reached out to them again after a little over a week of not hearing from them about our request to talk to the manager to help resolve the issue and still have heard nothing other than: We can give you a sticky rat trap. We have still not heard back from the actual manager. Terrible. Stay away.

I would not recommend this storage to anyone. The customer service is horrible, my belongings in the storage were covered in dust even though I was only there for about 9 months and they raise your rate every 3 months. I initially got my storage with a 3 month discount so of course I expected to get the increase after the promotion was over. What I did not expect was to get another increase 3 months after that. I also expected better customer service. When I had an issue with making my payment I gave them a written letter explaining that my payment would be late with multiple ways to contact me should that be an issue. I heard nothing from them until I got locked out, which is understandable. What is not understandable is getting yelled at by the office staff. Not only did he tell me that they did not have record of my letter(which is on them for losing it as they did cash the check that was sealed in the same envelope), but he raised his voice with me. I asked if it was common practice for them to not issue a notice or phone call when someone gets locked out and he told me he could no longer help me as there was someone in front of him and hung up on me. I did email corporate with no response back, it most likely just went to him and no one took notice of the awful service given. A few days later I did receive a notice in the mail, dated the day of my phone call and signed by that agent. It doesn’t need to be said that I was moved out within the month and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Facility is nice. Customer service not nice. Make sure you ask all the details about a grace period. They say there is a grace period, but what they don’t say is that during that grace period you are automatically locked out of your storage unit. This cost me 4 hours alone. This did not seem to bother them either.
