Our heart is to support women and families who desire to take more active roles in decision making and trust their inner wisdom to make wise choices in pregnancy, birth and early parenting.
History
Established in 2010.
Founded by Natalia Hals in 2010, A Woman’s Design is one of the first full-service agency specializing in doula and childbirth services in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
As the practice grew, so did the services Natalia offered. In 2013, The Nesting Place was established in Circle Pines. A broad range of pre-pregnancy, childbirth, sibling, early parenthood, and postpartum classes were offered year-round.
Both businesses continued to grow and additional doulas, care providers and other practitioners were added to the team.
By November 2014, A Woman’s Design and The Nesting Place had outgrown its space in Circle Pines and moved to a new, more centrally located space in Roseville.
