History
Established in 2005.
A detailed account of our history can be found on their website in the About Us section (see ADashOfPanache.com).
Generally speaking, their family business started in 2004 with an idea from Karen (mom) and the business analysis by Scott (dad) and lots of input by their seven children! They selected the beautiful Downtown Roseville area because the 1920’s buildings were the perfect setting for a tea parlor and the other services they offer. They are very integrated into the community. They are a Christian family and they try to run their business with higher ethics and a purpose to serve.
