Really wish I could give this local business a better rating, but I was disappointed twice in a row recently. Scheduling a tinting appointment is easy as pie and the prices are very competitive. However, during a recent experience, Hunter’s installed window tinting in my new vehicle and managed to leave large, visible scratches on every piece of film on every window that was tinted. I was really surprised at how badly the initial job was performed(because I’ve never experience such a bad after-market tint job before, even in Rosenburg). Were they using a mortar trowel to squeeze out the air bubbles? A Brillo Pad? But you know what? I called up Hunter’s and they said, «No problem! We’ll take care of it!» and let me schedule another appointment to completely redo the tinting job at no cost. The follow-up tinting job didn’t leave any scratches, but it did a sub-par job on the alignment of the tint on one window. I would otherwise have this corrected, but after two disappointments and hours of waiting, I know better than to waste any more of my time at Hunter’s. And, coincidentally(?), the customer service is altogether poor. Want to know when the job is finished? You’d better call because they won’t call you(even if they say they will).
