Wow, Charming Charlie has come a long way! I remember when a good friend of mine told me about this store almost 10 years ago and having to travel a good distance to check it out. Now it’s all the way out here in Rosenberg. Not only do they sell jewelry, but you can also find women’s clothing here, along with cute purses and a few lifestyle items such as wine glasses, seasonal home decorations, and mobile phone cases. I like how sections are either color-coded or themed; for example, they had this one section with a lovely nautical theme. I wish I could’ve bought it all. Prices are very affordable. Great place to visit if you’re looking for some nice statement pieces.

Let me start off by saying I love Charming Charlie. Like, unhealthy obsession love. Anyways, I go to all the locations in Houston and surrounding areas because some locations are better than others. I’ve always liked the Rosenberg store because it’s newer, well-stocked and usually has friendly employees. Usually. I went today and had a terrible experience — to the point where I won’t return to this location. I’m walking around and had a ton of stuff but I wanted to try on some clothes. So I asked one of the employees if he could just put my stuff behind the counter so I could try on some clothes. He literally stares at me, sighs, and holds out his hand. I asked him if that was ok, and he just nods his head and takes my stuff. That pisses me off when people can’t open their mouths and communicate. I then ask another employee if she could unlock the dressing room for me. She keeps her back to me, not saying a word and goes and unlocks the door. She SLAMMED the dressing room door after I walked in so hard it shook the wall. I shit you not. After I’m done I go up to the counter to check out. I tell Miss Happy that my things are behind the counter. She cuts me off and asks for my number. She tries to ring something up that’s not mine and God forbid I bring that to her attention She gives me the total and I pay. I told both her and the«gentleman» that they should smile more and act like they don’t hate their jobs and left. After spending close to a hundred bucks in there and being treated like trash I can honestly say I won’t be back. I would give one star, but I picked up some terrific things so I’ll give them that.

I love this store! I am glad there is one sorta close to my house. Staff is friendly. Everything is organized to my liking. As someone who is self-diagnosed OCD having things organized by color is awesome! Cute and trendy items which are very reasonably priced. Don’t forget to check out the clearance section towards the back!

Staff is always friendly. This is a great place for fashion jewelry, especially for gifting if you’re on a budget. There’s a vast selection of colors and styles, including many cute and inexpensive«statement» pieces for your collection. I have gotten many compliments on items I’ve purchased over the years, including knee high boots. For the price, all my purchases have held up nicely.
