Our business specializes in pizza, Greek, Italian, hoagies and cheesesteaks. Our goal is to make the customer feel at home from the moment they walk into our establishment, providing them with quality service and food for a reasonable price. Our homemade pizzas are guaranteed to make you come back for more, and our Philly Cheesesteaks do not disappoint. With 20 years under our apron serving the wonderful Rosemount/Apple Valley/Eagan (RAVE) communities, we continue with the same balanced recipe of quality and quantity that we started with!
History
Established in 1990.
In the 1970’s, Markos Chouliaris, a Greek immigrant, worked in Philadelphia with his uncle making pizzas and cheesesteaks; this was the beginning of his culinary career in the United States.
Later on, Markos went on to become the executive chef of a Marriott Hotel, mastering his skills that he learned from cooking in Greece and Philadelphia. Eventually, Markos left the Marriott Hotel to pursue his dream of opening a business of his own.
In 1990, Markos opened T.O.P.S. Pizza and Hoagies in the little suburb of Rosemount, population 2,900. After his first day was unsuccessful, Markos decided that if not one sale was made the next day, he would close down the restaurant. At the very end of that day, one man came in and bought a pop for 40 cents. That was the first sale, and Markos kept T.O.P.S. open for business ever since. He is proud to be open for 20 consecutive years, bringing the delight of his cooking to your table and making you feel right at home.
