I accidentally locked my keys in my car and that mistake costed me $ 130 for a 5 minute job. I would not recommend them.

Horrible, horrible company. Poor older neighbor lady locked herself out of her house and I tried to help. I decided to Unilocal her up some help and came across this company. We are in Rosemount and I figured I would support a local business. Sooooo wrong! What a complete joke. The person who answered was 1. Rude as heck. 2. Didn’t understand English. I had to repeat Autumnwood at least 10 times as well as spell it out, and he still couldn’t get it! Thinking it was maybe me, handed the phone to my husband and same thing happened. The man then asked for a phone number and I had to repeat that several times, the guy was so rude about it as well.
After 10 minutes of trying to give him our information I should have hung up but I didn’t…he quoted 10 – 15 mins. He then said I would receive a call right away from the driver.
We waited 15 – 20 minutes with no call back. I called back to the main line and was greeted by the same man. just my luck. I told him I had not heard back from the driver and was wondering what was going on, it was late and my neighbor is in her 80’s and panicking. Man yelled that they would make it there in 10 – 15 minutes and that they would call when they were ready to call. Wow! Customer service at it’s finest!
They made it out 60 mins later and the driver was decent. I would most definitely NOT recommend them. They charged a ridiculous amount and after all the drama and bad service I would rather give someone else my money.

Biggest bunch of crooks anywhere. They quoted me over the phone $ 25 – 60 to open a residential door. Then when they arrived, after an hour mind you, tells me it’s gonna be $ 120. After telling him that his price is way more than I was told, he then asks me «how much do you wanna pay». I told him since I was quoted 25 – 60, I think $ 40 is fair. This is the best part. He then tells me, «ha, for $ 40 i’ll leave you outside. » needless to say he didn’t stay on my property very long after that.
If you are ever locked out of anywhere, call anyone else.
