I’ve been to countless resteraunts like these, but I have to say this is by far the worst. Much of the staff does not indeed serve you with a smile. And to make matters worse, no I did not get it my way. And can you believe they didn’t have any BigMacs. In conclusion this is the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in my life…

This one star is ONLY for the friendly staff that I have encountered at this establishment. If you wonder why this location does not get a higher review, well it is because of this old man(manager). He does not deserve to be the manager! He makes his customers feel uncomfortable with his death stares. Having the opportunity to hear from an employee I feel bad for them because they have to deal with a strict old man. You may think it is hot outside but once you walk inside it is really stuffy… guess he has not heard of air conditioner. Once you place an order and try to get your drink with ice to cool down it is impossible because guess what?! The machine is turned off! Do not bother going to the restroom to wash your hands or to use it because you will find it locked. Even if you ask an employee or the manager himself for the key you will not have permission to enter. He will be eyeing you with his death stare as you eat! How uncomfortable is that?! Beware if you have loud children or messy eaters, he will remember you!

This one star is for the friendly staff at this place. The only reason this place didn’t get a higher review is because of their douche manager(some old guy). From what I can tell, he runs this place strict and hard. I feel bad for the employees. The environment sucks. It’s so stuffy in there… hello, have you heard of air conditioning? And what’s up with this manager? He keeps giving us death stares while we’re eating. He’s even eyeing us as we go use the restroom(I’m not even mentioning that he locked it and prevents us from using it… oh maybe I did mention it). He even turned off the drink machine! In summary, majority of the staff is nice, manager is a douche. Not such a friendly environment to eat unless you want to be intimidated while eating your burrito. But feel free to try… maybe you’ll get lucky and that manager won’t stare at you while you eat.

I really wish Taco Bell served breakfast all day :(I’m always craving their AM crunchwrap like crazy, but I’m never ever to eat it because of my horrible sleeping habits. I feel like there are only 3 taco bells in sgv, and this one is luckily close to my boyfriends house, which I am very happy about. Their food here is delicious, but the reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is for their service. I always get the AM crunchwrap with no meat. It comes with eggs, spicy sauce and a crispy hash brown wrapped in a tortilla. I always ask for extra egg to replace the meat and extra spicy sauce that they put inside the wrap. I feel like the female workers here are more miserable than the male workers. Reason is because the women are a bit more moody compared to the men. The female workers always seem to want to get thru my order super fast, they don’t have a smile on their face and they’re not the friendliest of people. I hate how the female workers are also stingy with the sauce!!! I always ask for a lot of sauce, so I definitely expect more than 4 packets, a lot of sauce means like 10 for me. Trust me, I drench my meal with sauce.

Service was good and usually consistent. Always appears to be clean but today I found a hair in my taco salad. I went to the drive through so I don’t recall if they wore hair nets. I doubt it.

This is just like any other Taco Bell. I have no complaints! Food is decent. Prices are low. Where else can you go for cheap eats? And honestly, I’d much rather eat at Taco Bell than McDonald’s…

Found a baby cockroach in the bean & cheese burrito today. Thank God that I opened up the burrito to put sauce in. Went back to tell the manager. I should have known it was bad news when the cashier saw me and before I said anything he says, «I didn’t do it». Asked for the Manager and she wouldn’t come to the counter. She stands behind the cashier laughing. Cashier looks at the bug and says,“Oh, that’s not a cockroach. It’s a flying beetle.” As if that makes it ok. Took forever to get my $ 5 back. Manager goes to hide in the back to laugh. All the doors and windows were open… causing lots of bugs in the place. Cashier says,“We have to keep it open because the AC is broken.” No wonder people get food poisoning and bugs in their food! This is too bad. We love Taco Bell and this one is so close to us. Maybe one day the owners and Managers will care.

On July 28, I purchased the new Carne Asada, and Bean Burrito at about 4:00 — 4:30 p.m., at midnight I started vomiting and didn’t stop until the 10th time of throwing up. I was sick for 5 days with an unsteady stomach and dizziness. I know I should have contacted this restaurant but I was so sick I didn’t even want to look at the receipt with the food that got me so sick. DONOTGOTOTHISUNIT!!! As I will never go back to ANY Taco Bell’s as long as I live.

Worst customer service ever! Being nice by giving them one star. The staff here are grouchy and condescending if you ask any questions about the menu or ingredients they will chew your head off. Nn
