James was definitely the MVP for today (: Guided us through the process of upgrading our phones, then realizing certain accessories were on sale, and transferring the contacts from a nearly dead phone to a brand spanking new one (all with due patience). You rock, James, you keep doing you boo boo. Yeah.

Small place but they are helpful! Max and Tam really try to save you a buck and are extremely helpful. Peak hours are a little hectic at this store, but otherwise fast and friendly service.

Jenny was great!!! She explained all the available plans from leasing my iPhone or EIP. She also showed me all the available cases and speakers. She was very sweet and polite. I would recommend anyone to see ANN for a great experience at T-​MOBILE in San Gabriel …

By far the best T-​Mobile store I’ve been in for a while. Staff was friendly and quick to help us out. James was helping us today and this guy was absolutely amazing. He told us every little detail we needed to know and a frustrated face never came across with this guy. He was very happy to help with what we needed and gave us an enjoyable time that most of us don’t usually get at T-​Mobile stores. I would definitely recommend this store to get your things handled.

Maxx is an excellent person and is very helpful. The store on san gabriel and garvey has one of the best services in town. Definitely recommend coming here for service

This place is really small but the people here are helpful.
James was extremely helpful and answered any questions i had. He even took the time to carefully explain every detail to my parents before continuing to do other things.
I highly recommend this place! the only downside is that the parking lot is small, but you can park on CVS’s side and have no problem.

Today, I just went in around 6:30 pm, needed to fix a problem with my phone. Not much people were in there so I didn’t have to wait long. The two workers there (sorry not sure of their names) were courteous and were quick with fixing my problem. I didn’t even have to sit and wait. The place is also VERY clean and well organized. They have screen protectors and phone cases on the walls if you need to buy some as well. I would recommend this place to everyone in the area if you want great service, courteous workers, and well organized place.

Ask for CHRIS. SUPER awesome customer service and helpful, he knows exactly what he’s doing.

I wanna give them 0 star but I cant. Be careful when u buy a new phone here. I bought S3 here and they said it was an unlock phone so I trusted them. But when I was out of USA and I realized the phone never unlock before so I cant use it when I was a foreign country. And now my friends got the same situations. The price here also higher than other places. Never come back.

After going to two other T-​Mobile stores that had questionable customer service (the one in the Rosemead plaza where Target and another one was just extremely packed — next to 168 market) I ended up trying my luck here about two weeks ago to upgrade my sisters and my iPhone 5s to the iPhone 6 (later to the 6s) through the Jump on Demand promo they were having.
Chris Lao was the one helping me but the others were very nice too. Chris was very patient and detailed when explaining what the promo was and how it would work. There was technical issues that day but he gave me a call back the next day right on time to come in and get the upgrade and phones. He told me that I should since its a lease phone I would either need to get insurance or the protective accessories. We ended up buying cases for our phone. The insurance did later get automatically added but I removed it myself online.
I came back today to preorder the iPhone 6s and Chris was able to help me again. Although, the shipping is supposed to waived, he said he will leave a memo on the account and I will need to call T-​Mobile to remove it due to processing 3 phone upgrades.
The customer service has been really good here compared to most of the other T-​Mobile stores in the area. I haven’t had to wait that long every time I’ve came. I would just suggest that you do your research if you know what you want to get already.

When I walked in, I was promptly greeted with a smile from a sales associate who later introduced himself as Robert Nguyen. He was very patient and detailed. Robert took the time to write out and explain which options I had to choose from and he recommended the best option for my situation. I even got a free phone case and a free phone charger to use in my car. Occasionally, I’ll have some questions regarding my plan or my bill and I can always rely on Robert to respond in a timely manner. I am kind of surprised at the quality of service I received at this T-​Mobile store. I can’t say much about the other sales associates due to the lack of interaction but they seemed very nice.

Was looking to get the newest iPhone plain and simple. The parking can be kinda annoying and when they’re busy, they’re packed. I always look for Robert cause he’s direct and detailed. Doesn’t leave anything ambiguous like most sales. Check this place out, they know their stuff.

Excellent service here. Robert and King helped my father for almost an hour and yet they both have a smile on their faces.

parking: location is like at a little plaza next to CVS. there are obvious signs that say dont park there so dont, bc there are warning signs in front of this tmobile store saying that people can tow away your car. thank you for the heads up. their side of the store has some parking but some are restricted for the doc. offices but on the wkends i dont think anyone cares.
environment: T-​Mobile store is very friendly. the staff greeted my family and i when we walked in. i noticed they speak multiple languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese: great for the SGV crowd. we approached one of the employees King. I think he is the boss or manager here. he helped our family cancel 2 lines and upgrade the other side of the family to combine them to 5 lines. they are great and quick about everything. he gives us tips on when he will cancel the old plan and combine all the lines together so we save the most money. he also tell us which plans are the best and which had the greatest deal. he introduced us to the SIMPLE CHOICE PLAN. in the end we ended paying less with the 7 people lines vs. our usual 2 people line and got more everything. data, talk and text.
the office has other accessories and has many phones to play with. they are great with offering trade back deals, and no paying for upgrade fees or i think down payment depending on credit.
great customer service, definitely coming back if i need to upgrade phones. thanks king.

Came in this morning in hope to get a little more information about the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+ prior getting them. I stumbled into Chris and not only was he able to point out the pros and cons to getting the new 64 GB phone, but at the same time totally convinced me to make my purchases almost immediately for both my sister and I after he introduced the trade-​in system that they had. Like promised, I should be able to upgrade to the iPhone 6s when it comes out in the near future. Big thanks to my homie Chris Lao for all his time and effort he provided.

The main reason I went was because I broke my phone. The person who helped me, Chris L., didn’t hesitate to help me. Within a matter of minutes, I left the store with my phone that was good-​as-​new and with a smile on my face.

King and the rest of his team provide excellent service. Although the popularity of the store means that sometimes you might have to wait a bit.
