I came here with my best friend at 6:30PM on May 6th, 2016. My best friend asked for a 6″ Subway Club. When she asked for spinach, the girl gave her lettuce instead. I tried to object but my best friend was so sick of her attitude that she just wanted to get out of there. From the very beginning, she was extremely rude. While we were still observing the menu, she kept asking if we were ready. Obviously my best friend was not ready to order if she was still looking at the menu. We were very glad to leave and put the whole ordeal behind us. Never coming back to this location again. The 24 hour subway in LA is better. Also, would it kill your workers to smile?

I steered well away from this particular Subway restaurant due to the incredibly low reviews by other Unilocal users here. Today, I ran the mistake of actually giving this location a shot. I stopped by one afternoon because I was feeling the need to hit up a nice Black Forest Ham during lunch hour. There was a group of four men in front of me and a couple behind me. The first lady who took my order for the meat and protein was rather nice and took her time processing my order. The second lady was so rushed/rude when asking me if I wanted veggies and condiments in my subway. Her: «Lettuce and tomatoes?» Me:“Uh, I’ll have bot-« Her: «Onions or bell peppers?» Me: «I’ll have on-« Her:» Any sauce?»(This is where she proceeded to put CUCUMBERS when I had requested onions. I decided to let it slide because I’ve worked with people who have had bad days so I politely asked if I could also have onions.) Me: «Could I also have onions, pickles, and jalapeños please?» It was at this point when she stopped saying anything and added my request, slightly violently might I add. Finally she said quite impatiently, «Is that it?» Me: «Could I have mustard? Thank you.» She added it rather quickly and passed the sandwich to the register lady. Fortunately, the register lady wasn’t nearly as rude. I understand if it’s rush hour and you’d want to hurry to process the orders, but there were only two people behind me. That’s not much of a rush, I don’t think. It’s a shame, really. The sandwich was actually pretty decent with the cucumbers if only it wasn’t soaked(by that second lady) with that amount of salt and hate.

Terrible service! Wasn’t greeted when I walked in and then the lady making the sandwich was incredibly rude. She didn’t smile even once and when asking what I wanted she said everything in very rude tone. Never thought I would write a Subway review but I was very displeased.

This subway always runs out of stuff… they ran out of spinach again!!! First of all let me start by saying how rudely the employee treated me. She had a shit-face attitude and obviously she did not want to be there. My son wanted cookies and they only had 2 kinds. It’s not my fault I couldn’t see what cookies they had when the bottom of the tray has pictures of cookies on them. She pretty much yanked the tray out and said we don’t have that! We only have what’s here and gave me the ugliest look ever. I wanted to get out of there so bad because she made me feel horrible. It sucks that this location is the one closest to my house. She needs to go. I wish I didn’t throw my receipt away so I could call corporate and file a complaint. Seriously, if you don’t like your job then quit. If you had a crappy day, hide your attitude because that’s horrible customer service.

Most expensive oven roasted chicken combo I have ever eaten at Subway. Ever. $ 10.09. Damn. Holy Smokes. Not making this up. Walked all the way here from Tony’s Auto Shop which is about ¾ of a mile away. Yes. Walked in the hot morning sun, but I had my nice safari hat on… so it was very bearable to do. Had to eat healthy… somewhat. I’m in this neck of the woods to get my wife’s AC system repaired. So I could of eaten at a number of fast food places, but decided to come here. There was a Fresh N Easy along the way, but nothing struck me as worth eating over there. I’m not in Beverly Hills to see these kind of prices for a Subway sandwich. Damn.

I decided to get a sandwich and the line was taking forever. I thought it was because of the group of 4 people ahead of us because they seemed like they didn’t know what they wanted but that wasn’t it. When it was my turn I was being«helped» by Monica. I asked for a wheat with turkey with American cheese. About 20 seconds after, I asked her if she could toast it and then she asked me if I need it to warm it up. Then I said yes. She rolled her eyes at me and under her breath she said«you’re going too fast». She was taking forever to make that sandwich and made it in such a slow pace. I was literally there for 20 minutes. If you’re coming for the service and a quick sandwich, don’t come to this subway.

June 2, 2015, 4:20 pm: The Hispanic lady named Wendy(thats what it says on the reciept) that made my sandwhich has a damn attitude and makes your sandwhich very sloppy on purpose it seems like. To the Owner of this location, if your reading this, you need to teach your workers some manners and etiquette. She obviously hates her job and has a bad attitude. I should of just walked out and not have paid for the sandwhich, by leaving it on the counter because I literally lost my appetite after seeing her face and her anger.

The girl making my sandwich had a horrible attitude. I asked for a black forest ham sandwich but quickly decided to add turkey and she like nearly rolled her eyes and threw the ham off the sandwhich back into the bin. She looks like she just hates her job, it was pretty annoying. Didn’t get any kind of smile from her, I’d rather take my business to subway on San Gabriel blvd.

Subway Subway Sandwiches, Fast Food 4÷28÷2015 WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! First off I walk in and two girls were both working and not one made eye contact or even greeted me. after standing there waiting one girl finally asked what I wanted. After I finished my food I couldn’t find my debit card so I went back to the register and asked one of the girls if they gave it back to me and she just gave me a dirty look, checked on the counter and without saying a word to me walked away. Either hire pleasant people or lose a lot of business.

There is an extremely mean lady there. When I went in to buy a tuna sandwich, she was showing a numb face and ask what bread I want. Since I am not buying too often and I forgot the name. So I pointed to that bread I want. She realized what I need and still don’t let go. Keep asking me to name out the bread. WTF! They don’t even post out a pictured list so how can I know which is «Italian» and which one is blur blur blur. Finally she lost patient and took the bread for me. Then she keep giving me hard time on toasting it, vegetables and the sauses. It seems to me she don’t want my business at all. When I checked out, she try to give me a very dirty bill. I ask her to exchange for me. Then she give me four quarters. I see there is plenty of dollar bills in the cashier machine. So I insist her to give me the bill and she took the coins back with a mad face. Will not buy from this store any more. I think I need to be staying away with Subway in the future if they keep doing business in this kind of attitude.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! Worst sandwhich artists ever, I work in this plaza, and won’t come here for lunch cause of how sloppy they make your sandwichs, the employees always look unhappy, the times I have tempted to try to come here again, to see if management may have changed but never does. I notice they have new employees but the service still sucks. So I’ve given up on this Subway, and refuse to give them any of my service.

This place is like any other subway, the workers there are somewhat mean but I dont blame them. While waiting for my turn, this stupid guy just starts yelling at the 2 ladies working there saying“you guys wish you where like me, hopefully you dont have kids because they are going to be wetbacks like you!“so i can see why they are defensive because of stupid customers like us yes that includes you reading this. Maybe try being nice and they might be nice in return(worked for me). When I got there I was greeted very warmly and when it came to my sandwich i got it made fast and it was very delicious. Thank you Wendy and Andrea and about that guy fk him you guys are doing great!

There is no mayo… they have lite mayo, but I wanted reg mayo. what subway don’t have regular mayo? Really? That is my only complaint, the workers are nice and all.(: I guess Subways in this area don’t serve mayo with sandwiches… went to my second subway in this area and they had no mayo either): I guess I have to start bringing my own mayo when I go eat at these Subways. Edit: there’s Mayo! I’m good with this place. My order was pretty fast.(:

02÷08÷16. The young female worker Wendy is miserable and coughing on her arm as she holds my food and makes your order. Disgusting. No wonder why this place is empty. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - Ok…so yer a little grumpy this morning… enh? Standard greeting… smiling face. went out the door today. Aaaah… I can live with that. Everyone is entitled to a grumpy day. Splash some water on your face… and start over with a smile. Most places have both sides of the sandwich(stainless steel tray areas) area opened to look at. But this place only had one side opened, so that left me with limited foods to choose from. Fortunately, they had what I wanted. But, they prepped it wrong somehow. Maybe they over baked it, but the bun was really dry and the meats tasted bland. There’s other Subway’s or for that matter other restaurants

Not sure why everyone’s hating on the service. I stopped by on a Monday night. The restaurant was pretty busy and there was a decent line. The staff member who made my sandwich was quick, attentive, and pleasant. Had no problems with attitudes or customer service whatsoever. Also, I noticed that my sandwich was fuller than the sandwiches I usually receive at other locations. In the end, I love Subway, and this location is no exception!(On another note, so sad $ 5 footlongs for Janu-any are now gone…)

This is the worst subway location I have ever been too, the sandwich«artist» are absolutely terrible. They greet you as you walk in but that’s about all the friendliness you’ll receive. The guy that made my sandwich slammed the bread down, threw the meat on half assed, then when it came time to the lettuce and all that he grabbed the pickles with all the liquid and tossed them on, grabbed a massive handful of onions, didn’t even fold the sandwich in half, cut it in half while it was open faced then tossed it on the paper and rolled it up, when I unfolded it a big chunk of the fixings fell out. If there’s a Luis working DONOT let him make your sandwich. Only plus to this place is that they except ebt.

This subway is terrible. I’ve came here twice and both experiences were so bad. The first time: The guy who made my sandwich really didn’t put any effort into my sandwich. It was as if he was in a rush but I was literally the only one in there. He accidentally put an olive in my sandwich and I expected him to take it out but he didnt!(I hate olives) so I asked him to take it out ANDHEGAVEMEATTITUDE. He gave me an annoyed look and then dramatically threw the olive out. Like really. Is it THAT hard to take out the olive? He also put way too much lettuce & spinach and sloppily closed my sandwich so when I unwrapped it everything fell out. The second time: I was helped by a girl who really seemed like she hated her life. The only time she smiled was when she messed up on the sandwich and put spicy mustard when I didn’t ask for that. She gave me attitude the whole time and then when I asked her to put half card half cash she said she«couldn’t do it». I’ve worked at subway twice. So I KNOW you can. Buy I was too irritated to argue and just let her charge it all on the card. Maybe I’m being too harsh since I work at subway so I expect more. But either way, both experiences left me feeling annoyed.

This location has a responsive staff. They greet you with a smile most of the times, and all the ingredients are«so fresh»… Location is quite convenient for me when I’m driving up Rosemead Blvd.

My mouth has been watering thinking about the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwiches I’ve seen on the commercials. Since I was nearby, I dropped by Subway and to my surprise, they had NOAVOCADOS. Really? There were pictures all over the store advertising these new sandwiches and they didn’t have any. I left with an Italian BMT but it didn’t hit the spot. Good sandwich, good service but post a sign at the entrance or something before we wait in line for 10 minutes.
