I have been Shahira Broctor’s client for over 15 years and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. She is thorough, organized, knowledgeable, and helpful. To make life easy, each year I walk into the Rosemead office with my itemized spreadsheet, receipts, W-2’s and 1099s, etc… hand everything over and within an hour, I’m smiling my way out the door, happy with the organized package of results.
Each year H&R Block makes filing taxes easier and easier. What use to take the most time was sign here, sign there, sign everywhere, now it’s all automated, signature is only required once or twice depending on the situation. After confirming some information and answering yes and no to some questions it goes the Federal and State Tax Forms. Tax refund checks can by auto deposited clients accounts within 7 – 10 days, or a check can be sent via slow boat to clients address. If clients are required to pay, H&R Block makes is so easy by providing the receipt and pre-​printed envelope (s).
I know there are ways of doing it myself, but the comfort of having a professional do it AND address any auditor on my behalf gives me the guaranteed peace of mind that helps me sleep at night.
