You must know… They’re moving. I must admit I didn’t like the way Rosemead Blvd was set up with the islands, dividers and bike paths. Same phone # 626 286 5678. New address: 9256 E Valley Blvd., Rosemead, CA 91 770. Solon says they will add doggie day care.

Watch out for rude owner and they close whenever the owner feels like closing. Avoid this place at all cost. Do not expect great service with their price.

Great price, very professional, I have a very fluffy dog that gets tangled very easily, but they won’t trim it into bone-​like shape like Petsmart or Petco, instead they just do professional hair cut to make it still cute!!!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I sent my dog here and she came back with shorter hair and a cut on her throat. Enough said.

The review is on the «self service dog wash «first there was a lot of parking. They have a double door with a gate so the dogs don’t run out. Before even walking in the place we were greeted by a worker who asked us if it was self service or appointment. We said self service, the worker kindly showed us to our tub were we can wash our dogs. To begin the water was warm all the way to the end, which was great. As we washed our dogs the workers kept asking us if we needed help. We used our own shampoo and brushes. I thought we should have gotten a discount because we used our own supplies but no biggie. Over all my experience was amazing the workers were so friendly and kind and this place is a little hole in the wall so you’ll probably pass it when your going lol.

I’m a fan of inexpensive, self dog washes! It’s too inconvenient to bath my dog in the bathtub and let him air dry because he has SO much fur!
The shampoo products they use smell amazing and do the job! My corgis coat smelled, looked, and felt amazing when we left!
If you’re looking for a quick wash for your pup, I can and do recommend this place!

I love this place! I take my dog hiking and they are even open on Sunday. So my dog gets nice and clean after her long walk. I been taking my dog since they opened, and the staff have always been very nice. If you choose the self wash they supply everything (shampoo, conditioner, towels, dryer) the guy even gave my dog a treat! And you will love the price. Convenient location with plenty of parking.

Upon arriving, place was extremely loud. Being a first time client I knew my dog wasn’t going to enjoy it much. There really are no «private booths» (as the website mentions) as the booths are really side by side all placed in one room. Even though dogs are separate in booths, they are by no means private. Workers generally leave you alone and don’t seem to help much. I was left to «fend» for myself. Each wash station does not come with its own set of brushes, there is literally A brush basket in the corner of the room that all clients share. They did not look like clean brushes so I didn’t use them. I would say the layout of this place is terrible. Dogs basically everywhere, even the yappy ones. For my first time, the price was decent, but experience kind of terrible.

Staff is super friendly! I was looking for a dog groomers just 30 minutes before closing since PetSmart was unable to do the grooming because I had lost the vaccination papers. Fortunately for me, this place is not too far down the road. $ 18 for a self serve wash which included shampoo, conditioner, towels, blow dry and ear cleaner. The man in charge was super friendly and helped us every step of the way. He taught us how to properly wash Sammy without frightening her or hurting her. It was an awesome experience, and I will definitely be back!

I have a mini poodle who went there a few times. The first time was good. Good hair cut. No tear stains soft hair etc. next time bloody nail looks like she has not got groom near her eyes area !!! And this time. Why I go back? No idea … Wanted to give them benefit of the doubt. We asked for a shorter teddy hair cut. They shave her face completely and got shampoo in her eyes (so they claim) She is usually playful and jumps around now after a few hours all she wants is sleep and cannot open her eyes. I think they did something worst than shampoo in the eye. She is acting like something really traumatized happened .(like last time when she got fixed at the vet!!) Please stay away even if u had one or two good experience especially from a previous review they hit dogs. Totally disgusted.

I actually really like this place, they charged me 40 for the first 3 times and now they charged be 45, weird but idk.
Anyways, the reason why I’m giving them ONE star is because my mom went to go pick up my dog Katsu, and he wasn’t ready by the time she got there. No biggie, so she stayed and waited she was the only bystander not doing anything as the rest of the customers were busy washing their own dogs. Katsu was actually getting groomed by this place. Anyways while my mom was watching the workers do their work. She saw a short girl, one of the workers literally HIT one of the dogs she was working on. She was blowdrying the dog and she smacked the dog on the head because the dog didn’t move the way she wanted him/​her to… After she hit the dog, the dog shyed away and bent its head for her… IF YOU TOOK YOUR DOG HERE ON NOVEMBER 1ST, 2015 AND ITS A SMALL TO MEDIUM BREED AND MOSTLY WHITE COLORED, it’s probably your dog. My mom was in there from 12 – 1, so if you’re dog was in there during that time… he might be the victim.
ANYWAYS, I AM NOT coming back here. My dog HATES coming here, and now I probably know why. If I ever see any of you abuse my dog I will do some bad stuff to you guys. Don’t abuse animals, shit hit yourself the way you hit them next time.

Brought my dog here today to do his usual groom (bath, cut, nails, and clean ears). They didn’t clean his ears last when I brought him here so i reminded them specifically to do so. Dropped I’m off around 1130 and 4 hours has passed and they didn’t give me a call yet so I called to check up on chewy and they said another 40 minutes. It sounds like someone didn’t even start grooming or anything yet… 40 minutes passed and I went to pick him up and they were still working on his nails. I waited patiently and when they were done I checked to make sure they cleaned his ears this time and they did. So I left and when I got home I noticed dried blood on the tip of his ear. They cut a tip of his ear !!! Darn those stupid shady workers. They didn’t mention anything. I bet they rushed to work on him when I called and THIS happened. i don’t understand what’s the point of me making an appointment with them only to have them rush last minute to get him groomed. Unacceptable!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! PLS DO IT FOR UR PET!
Don’t let the 4 star rating fool you. The workers are rude. They look annoyed when they talk to you. They will ruthlessly man handle your dog and take forever to finish grooming.
My puppy was obviously scared to be left in the hands of a stranger in an unfamiliar place. The worker just used force to yank him by the collar. That type of roughness is for the playground, not for handling a puppy!
They took over 5 hours to finish the job. I called twice and my puppy still wasn’t ready. I had to kill 5 hrs of time around the area to wait for them to finish. They wasted a good portion of my day only to leave me with a horrible experience for me and my dog. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE!!!

Only decided to come to this place because it was open on Sunday’s while a majority of groomers are closed on Sunday’s. I called in the same day to see if they had any availability for a corgi and they said yes. So I brought my corgi here around 11am and they called me to pick her up around 1:30pm. So not bad, it only took them 2.5 hours to shave my corgi and wash her. Total was $ 45 plus tip, $ 50. It was pretty expensive compared to the other groomers I’ve been to. Usually they charge me $ 35 – 40 for my corgi, but maybe it costs more to cut/​shave a dog, that’s why it was more expensive? Not too sure, but they did a good job nonetheless.
You can also come here and self wash your dog, but hell no, I ain’t doing that lol but it’s cheaper if you do it yourself of course. People here are really nice so overall I have no complaints except for the price. I love how big their parking lot is too (I know that’s totally random).

Enjoyed quality time with kids and bathing fur-​kid ourselves. Great service too at good price$. Like that I can also drop off and get the spa treatment for our fur-​kid too.

First time I took my baby here n I absolutely loved it! I didn’t have to wait for an appointment… I called on Friday and they took me in on Saturday… I loved the way they cut my babies hair she looks so adorable and smelled super clean… Every one there was friendly… I’m definitely bringing her back! Thanks guys!

I really like this place!
The staff is incredibly helpful and give great tips and equipment when cleaning your pup yourself. as i’ve tried to do with my very large samoyed. And when i don’t have the time, i’m able to set an appointment for one of their staff to wash my samoyed for me. Having the option is fantastic and i’m so happy to not have to clean up the mess afterwards.
I thank the staff and look forward to yoshi’s next visit. =]

I really like this place! You have the diy option, or you can make an appointment and have your pet taken care of.
Prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful.
They give you everything you need so you don’t have to bring a single thing!
Definitely will return.

The facility is set up so that you, as pet owners are able to wash your own dog (s) at your own care, but you also have the option of having the staffs do it for you with an additional fee, depending on the weight of your dog (s).
I have a super stubborn English bulldog that Petsmart couldn’t seem to control when I bring her there but Go Go Spa did her wash and NAILS problem free for $ 30! Four paws up for Bobo!
I also brought my Maltese to do the wash and nails for $ 20! She looked super clean and white. The only issue was that she shed a lot afterwards, but I don’t know if this was due to the shampoo and/​or the change of the weather condition. Either way, she smelled nice and looked super happy. Three paws up for Coco!
Positive: Affordable. Great service. Private parking lot. Easy to find.
Negative: No AC. Semi-​Crowded. No treats or waiting room.
