Bambini Academy is a great daycare/​preschool. I love Ms. Tran, she is very attentive and patience with her kids. I recently enrolled my 2 year old son to her daycare and after couple of days she has already notice his characteristics. Here are the highlights:
1. Affordable
2. Webcam (I’m so addicted watching my son through this app)
3. Daily reports (consists of meals, activities, and behaviors)
4. Cleanliness (every morning her staff sanitizes the place)
5. Hygienic (she requires the kids to wash their hands before and after eating, brush their teeth after eating and wash their bottoms after pooping)
6. Food (she cooks and bake with healthy organic produce)
Another plus is, she’s not just a teacher/​babysitter — she takes a lot of pride in her work and she really is very committed in teaching her students academically. She has a open door policy with the parents and I can talk to her about anything.

I saw her listing on Craigslist when my twins were at another daycare. but that daycare was expensive and my kids were only there for 3 hours, 3 times a week. But at that time Bambini was full and only had space for one, so I admitted one first. After Summer, her regular kids came back so I had to pull James out. Then I took my kids to another daycare in Rosemead was recommended by a friend, but it was nothing like Bambini. They were not taught like in Bambini, and watched TV all day. Recently Bambini expanded and she called me up to ask if I wanted to enroll my kids again. I was delighted, because Bambini is a really professional daycare. She doesnt let the kids stay in front of the TV,(actually no TV show for students. once in a while they have video show. daily after 5 pm is pickup time and she takes the kids to play at the yard and be active. Not like other school in front of TV waiting for parents to pickup. The kids are taught good habits and manners. Ms. Tran has a Masters degree in children learning, so I trust her with my kids’ learning development. I can monitor the kids from home via the cctv camera installed in the premises, with special account log-​ins. Ms. Tran also creates individual daily reports for each child detailing their day’s activities and progress, right down to how much they ate and how their behaved. The only setback I have is the distance. Bambini is in Rosemead, and I live in Arcadia. But still, it is well worth the drive. I am very picky about looking for good daycare for my twins, I was shop around and have couple tour with other daycare center (Star Kids, Episcopal, traditional Daycare and Serendipity 150 feet from my house).

This place is awesome! My son LOVES seeing Ms. Tran everyday. Ms. Tran puts her best foot forward everyday to ensure her kids are consistenting growing and achieving new levels. Honestly, what more can you ask for!!! I honestly believe Ms. Tran looks after each child as her own.
I have been through 2 daycares and I honestly can say Bambini Academy is truly the definition of child care. I look forward for Ms. Tran to expand because I cant wait to see what else is in store for my son.

Overall Rating: Bambini is a great place for preschoolers. ^^ I would give it a 4 & ¾ stars if I could, only because there are few areas can be improved to make it a perfect 5 stars.
Academics
My son has been coming here for about 6 months now. He has progressed tremendously academically. He has mastered all his numbers and alphabet and now he is reading level books! My son started Bambini without knowing how to hold the pencil correctly, and now six months later, he is writing his letters and simple words.
Extra curricular
Not to mention the fabulous field trips that Ms. Tran plans for the children that ties in with the theme units the children are studying, she goes out and beyond to search for appropriate, fun projects and activities for her students to maximize their learning opportunities. she sets up different centers for her students to explore, observe and do hands-​on experiments.
Bambini also offers mandarin classes 3 days a week. Which I think is a nice plus! My son knew a handful of Mandarin words initially, now he comes home and recites the Mandarin stories from the books. I love it when he tries to speak to me in Mandarin! Ms. Chen, the Mandarin teacher is fabulous as well. Her enunciation in Mandarin is perfect! Well, she is a native in Mandarin after all. Sadly, she is only there in the mornings, otherwise, students would really benefit from conversing in Mandarin with Ms. Chen throughout the day.
Playground
This is one of the big pluses. Bambini has a huge backyard (playground). I first fell in love with the spacious and equipped playground. I see children really enjoy playing here. The swing set is a big hit with the kids. There is also a shaded area under a canopy with artificial grass.
Enviroment (classroom)
The classroom is safe and enriched with colors and age appropriate relia, posters, toys and games. You walk in to the classroom, you get the WOW feeling! You know there are a lot going on in the classroom. These children are actually reading, I mean they are reading leveled books. How often do you see 3 and 4 year olds reading actually books with sentences?
Fresh Homemade Semi-​Organic food
Meals served here are very healthy and fresh. Ms. Tran is very big on promoting health eating habits. She makes nuitrious and well balanced breakfasts and lunches. Ms. Tran prepares meals from different cultures to expand children’s taste buds and promote health eating. Well, you are really getting three awesome chefs here, Ms. Tran, herself, Mrs. Tran, (Ms. Tran’s mom, she sometimes comes over and cooks for the children, plus, Ms. Chen, the Mandarin teacher). Did I mention children love to make freshly squeezed orange juice and lemonade from the trees in the backyard? Maybe a little less sweet snacks? It seems to me high sweet snacks are served little too often, store bought or homemade.
Staff
Mrs Tran is friendly and enthusiastic about teaching. She is a go-​getter. She has a lot of experiences with children. Not to mention her years of teaching and dealing with elementary students, she Is always looking and trying out the best practices for her students.
Personal Hygiene
Bambini emphasis very much on personal hygiene, not just washing hands, but brushing their teeth before they take their naps. I love the idea of it! Because of the consistent routine that Bambini stresses and practices, my son is lot more aware of washing his hands with soap and brushing his teeth before bedtime. I would like the toothbrushes to be stored somewhere else besides the bathroom, and perhaps sanitized in the dishwasher once a week or so.
Tuition
Great price! $ 650 /​month that includes two healthy semi-​organic meals and snacks, small children to teacher ratio, blankets washed, enriched learning environment, caring staff! Where else can you find a package like this? However, I think every parent should entiled to 2 weeks vacation per year (with tuition reduction).
Daily Reports
This is the big one. I get an extensive daily report everyday about 3pm of what my child did, what he ate and if any incidents happened. Everyday I look forward to the report to learn about my son’s day. Only Ms. Tran would take her time to fill the parents in (daily) of their child’s day at Bambin’s.
Speical Holdiay Celebration
Wow! Students always enjoy making special crafts and projects for special holidays, such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & etc. Students praticipate in making speical meals for their parents. It was very nice for parents to participate and enjoy these kind of celebrations.
To sum up, Bambini is the right place to send your child to. Your child will definitely benefit physically, academically and socially!

I couldn’t be more pleased sending my little one to Bambini Academy. It is clean, safe and the teachers are highly educated and simply amazing. My daughter learned so much there with colors, word and numbers. I definitely saw a huge improvement with her communication and interest in learning. The teachers take their time with the children and even help them with potty training.
I love the fact that there is a live web-​cam, so I am able to see my child anytime during the day when she’s in class or taking a nap.
The food is healthy and mostly organic. They have healthy snacks and fresh squeezed orange juice (my child’s favorite). My child loves to eat everything on the menu that they cook daily. The meals are always home cooked and most importantly HEALTHY.
The children do a lot of hands on activities. My child loves to bake cookies and cakes there. She loves watering the garden and watching the vegetables grow. They even get to go on field trips occasionally.
I appreciate the teacher emailing me a daily report, so I know what types of activities my child did that day, what she ate, and many other details.
It is so hard to find the perfect place for your precious baby, that you can trust, but I believe this is the place for her. Bambini Academy is the best decision I made for my child and myself.
I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. I’d give them 6 stars if I was able to. Thank you Ms. Tran!
