Terminix

The Terminex Company is terrible. If you do not want a headache go to another company! They do not care about customer satisfaction. When the sales rep first came to my house, he gave us a written quote monthly charge, when the first bill came; the bill was a higher fee. At first Terminex insisted that was the right fee. I had a copy of the original agreement, thus proving they were over charging us. The Nightmare was not over, they came to my house, and I did not have my basement key on me, so I could not let them in the basement to do the job, but they claimed they took care of the outside but I did not see them do anything. I did not have an appointment scheduled for that day. I was not expecting them that day, the tech asked me to sign papers verifying he showed up that day, then I got a monthly bill .I did not sign that he did any work that day. I called up Terminex several times to straighten out the final bill. I spoke to several reps from Terminex without getting any satisfaction!
