Okay, maybe not the last, but when something happens to your vehicle – do you go all deer in headlights completely unsure about what you have to do?
Roundabouts – you are the devil. One to always mind the road, somehow I lost control and ran right over a curb and knocked my wheels out of alignment. Or so I thought. I researched for discounts with mechanics in the area because when it comes to cars, you want every discount you can get your greedy little fingers on. Stumbling across Elite, I scheduled an appointment and brought my car in… and got sucker punched.
There was far more damage done behind the wheel than expected. Nearing tears, the mechanics showed me what exactly was going on, discussed what all was needed to correct and the cost. Shaking a head like a damsel in distress, and figuring safety first, I handed the keys over and signed the sheet for a loaner.
Within a couple of hours, I got a phone call with all of the details that was needed. Just as expected, they quoted me and we agreed to keep going with what needed to be done. By the end of the day, the two mechanics had gotten tires from an outside dealer, replaced a controller bar (or something arother) and put the wheels back into alignment. Nevermind the fact that after a certain price, that measly little discount for an alignment didn’t seem that much – but they still honored it.
I cannot even give enough thanks for finding a good mechanic that is trustworthy, communicative and genuine about you and their work. Elite may not be around the corner from my house, but I will be more than happy to take my car if it is ever in need of servicing. Giving up trust in your car is scary, but the guys do it calmly and with ease. Many thanks for doing same-​day service for everything, as not all mechanics will do this. Prices are spot on, and comfortable for their work.
