I go out of my way to come to this location. The staff is always friendly and remembers the orders for their regulars. Delanie & Mel (I think?) are the best — always smiling, laughing and efficient.
The reason for the 4 stars… Today there were a couple of employees I’d never seen before. I was the only customer waiting for an order and they failed to make my coffee as ordered. It won’t stop me from coming back, but I sure hope these employees are recent additions to the team and not replacements of the awesome employees they already had here.

Crystal is the best! I walk in and she just knows what to make me… and asks whether or not I’m getting my mom or sister’s usual coffee. That’s terrific customer service!!!
The staff in general is really nice and never makes mistakes. I don’t understand why they have such poor reviews on here.
Another girl, Desiree, is great at making suggestions for me when I want to change up my order. They work quickly if there is a line, I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes.
I can’t comment on the food or doughnuts here, I never order them. All I can say is that they have the best coffee here :)

I enjoy my sausage, egg, and cheese on eglish muffins here, and my large coffee as often as I can afford it for breakfast. Half the staff knows me the moment I walk in and are very cheerful, and have my coffee ready for me. If only they had a drive through…

Amazing staff, really nice people that get your orders in on time and fast. expecting this restaurant (dunkin donuts) to be a 5 star perfect place is like expecting mcdonalds to sell nothing but healthy food, its not gonna happen, but for the price it is a very good place with a variety of food and drinks. i shop here regularly and will continue to shop here regularly!

Dunkin donuts hardly has any variety of donuts anymore. I still like them somehwat. However, inapproriate tip jars always piss me off. You really think you deserve a tip for putting 6 donuts in a box? I have a feeling Dunkin Donuts doesn’t drug test their employees because these people must be high to think I’m giving them a tip for not dropping my donut and putting it back in the box.

The experience at this location was horrible. The employees are VERY lazy and spend more time arguing with me about making a simple Ice Tea. Instead of brewing more because they did not have any made I was asked to come back the next day. I told him my coupon expires this day. Then he offered a free donut which I did not want. I asked for an ice coffee instead and he said no. FINALLY after arguing he made ice tea. PURE LAZINESS. Not to mention in this time while it was brewing two others behind me requested ice tea. For the three minutes it took to open the mix, pour the water and let it brew, he spend more time arguing. Unreal!

They are ALWAYS out of donuts… almost everyweekend. Management doesnt even care that they never have donuts either. They expect you to eat what is left.
