Pump It Up

The staff seem to be poorly trained. They forgot to serve food to children seated at a back table. They said the reason being was that they were seated with adults and so they went unnoticed. I also noticed staff has impatience when dealing with children during play hour. There were toddlers that needed assistance in certain bouncy houses where the parent was not allowed to join. The staff member refused to assist a child who was reaching out to her. The child actually fell down. Some people do not need to work with children. This place cannot have my money.

My 3 year old son slipped into another party’s birthday room as the party he was with was transitioning from one play area to another and no one saw. The staff member I approached as soon as I realized my son was not in the room did not respond to me asking for help to find my son. It was as if I was lying about my kid not being in the room. She did not want to open the other party’s door to look for my son because they were busy singing happy birthday in there. Finally, after I started to get loud and demanded she open the door, she did, and there my kid was. Ridiculous non response to a missing child. I will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone if this goes unaddressed.

We are not from this area and were late to our scheduled time for our two young grandchildren to enjoy this facility. They were so kind and considerate. They made special accommodations so we could enjoy Pump It Up. It is kid friendly, the staff is awesome and it is incredibly clean. I would without reservation recommend Pump It Up!

Kids lovvve this place! Went to a party here with a superhero theme — which was by the way pretty awesome. They a few rooms. First room was a small room with different activities… then opened the door to the main play room! Overall kids had a great time. Then had pizza after :)

Very disappointed with the size and amount of activities available for younger kids. It is overpriced. Music was way too loud. Would not recommend this place.

Lots of fun for the kids and a great way to burn some energy. The only downfall would be the wait time and the fact that you have to watch the safety video every time you visit which can be time consuming. Also once we were going with a group of friends for a free jump and there was another group there for a B-​day party. The wait time was much too long and the older kids that were there for the Bday party were not being kind to the younger kids in our group. It just seemed very unorganized and disorderly while waiting to go in and play. Otherwise no complaints elsewhere.

Just signed my son up for camp here because he had so much fun last year. This location has plenty of parking and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The birthday parties here are very entertaining for the kids as my son has attended a few of them. The camps are fun because it is not all about jumping around. The kids get are involved in different themes weekly like Color Wars, five sense, movies, etc.

Three year old loved it. The staff was excellent. 14 bucks for an hour play and dinner. Yes please :)

We went today and luckily we were the only ones there for the little tikes bounce. It was awesome. Matt was the best he played with the kids and the kids had a great time. They also got a vegan snack which was really nice I appreciate when places consider our diet.

I will be the first to admit that this is a «personal problem» but I feel like I should share.
My son is profoundly autistic and has had 8 brain surgeries. He loves to «bounce» so I have taken him to spots like this in the past.
We came here one night in December for an «open bounce». We paid ($ 13.95) and sat down to wait with another family and the 4 kids with them.
Within 20 minutes the waiting area was full of kids.
Knowing what this environment can be like, I decided it wouldn’t be safe for my son.
I went to the reception desk — explained — and was quickly offered a pass to return in the future.
I thought that was awesome and told anyone who would listen what an awesome thing they had done for me.
I talked it up so much that my nephew is having his birthday here in 3 weeks.
So why the negative review? Well, when I presented my pass this evening, I was told it has a max value of $ 10 and we had to pay an additional $ 3.95.
We paid it because we feel it’s worth it and $ 4 isn’t going to break the bank — BUT — It left a sour taste and I’m writing this review on the principle of it all.

Came here for my 2 nephews birthday party. This is the second time we’ve had it at Pump It Up.
Kids love it here, and the staff is very interactive with the kids. Everything is timed perfectly and the equipment is well taken care of and CLEAN!

I took my 2.5 year old for open jump. He had a great time and didn’t want to leave. I liked that halfway thru you get to go to another room with different inflatables. I just wish they had some smaller inflatables for toddlers.

I usually go with my nephew. he’s like in love with it! it’s so crazy there but it’s a good place for kids. energetic staff and very good at Wut they do. my nephew had his bday there and it was so much fun. I personally don’t go on those big things but I went in that air game. it feels like u r sky diving lol. hair is always a mess! lolzzz

Went there w/​a few kids about 1.5 mo ago. There were about 12 kids in that open jump session. The attendant was friendly enough, but first we watched a safety video, then we walked to the bounce room and took off our shoes, etc, and this all came out of our jumping time. Then the session ended 5 minutes early. Since each session is only 1.5 hours, I would have liked the kids to have actually been on the inflatables for 1.5 hrs. Also, the «guns» weren’t working when we were there. No biggie, but thought I’d mention it.

This place was awesome. Now from first glance just like every other bounce place you pay the play but typically for bday parties. This place was great because they had a ton of open bounce times with themes. Meaning you can just bring your kids at a set time and they treat them all like a birthday party. 2 different rooms, great instructors, they danced with the kids, played games and more for 1.5 hours. We chooses a meal session in which afterward they gave the kids food off a menu. Very very good for like 13.95 and no charge for parents! Great place for open play

Staff is very good with the kids and they make it entertaining.

I have been to SEVERAL different bounce u’s and pump it ups but this one really stood out! Aside from the bouncers which they all basically have the same ones they also have several different things to add to your party such as spin art and tattoos. The staff here was absolutely amazing. They were energetic and very engaging with the kids and adults. I have been to other places where the staff barely watches if the kids are coming down the slides correctly but these guys made everything fun and exciting. It is also extremely clean. If i did not live in Philadelphia i would absolutely have my next party at this pump it up!

This place will cost you for sure if you have a birthday party. That said, I think it is a good value if you want to spend the money because they really do a great job. Had my daughter’s birthday party there last week. The 3 guys who ran the party worked their tails off making sure the kids had a great time. The place is clean. Everything was organized well. I can’t find a thing to complain about and I usually can. I used a living social deal for the party and had no issues.

Just went there for another kids birthday party. Very clean. Great service and accommodating. We’re planning our own daughter’s birthday there in August.

Our 2.5 year old son loves this place. Lots of giant inflatables that are large enough for us to accompany him on for support (though we might enjoy them as much or more than he does). During open play events, they have two rooms where you spend 45 minutes each on 3 – 4 inflatables. It can sometimes be crowded, but it’s a great indoor fun activity.
Note: we also used a LivingSocial deal and had no issues.
