I bought a camera bundle from Click Go & Buy on Dec 16 and the package arrived on Dec 27 FedEx with a stamped weight of 8.0 lbs. I mention this because when I opened the package there was no camera or lens — just all the bundle stuff (tripod, bag, etc.). I called and got a brush off from the guy using his cell phone number saying he would have someone get back to me by the end of the day or Monday. Not cool. Not professional. Not anything close to good customer service. Stay far away from these clowns. By the way, I weighed the package at the PO and it was 5.75 lbs. Go figure.

The exact same situation as the writer below… and it gets worse.
I went to the executive customer service level at
and after several days of correspondence, my order replaced and I was told in email that a camera was on it’s way to me (Nikon D700). Several days later it is still ‘Processing’ and
says that there are ‘no cameras’ again.
The D700 is indeed available, just not a a price that Buy or their seller, Click Go and Buy may want to acquire it at. They simply REFUSE to make things right. As much as I blame Click Go and Buy, I also blame
as they will not take responsibility for their suppliers and step up to make things right.
