This is the worst customer experience that I have received at any Subway. I’ve been to so locations where I’ve had individual experiences of slow worker pace, had terrible tasting sandwiches made, or was rung-up by rude cashiers… This was place fell far short of any standard for service I have ever received. When I walked in at 2:45pm on a Saturday afternoon, with one couple in front of me. I didn’t think twice about it. Even with one person making sandwiches. Each step revealed more failures! — employee #1: doesn’t know what a «chicken pizziola» is. I offer to tell her what’s in it, to make it. *rolls eyes* — employee #1:(wondering is she is more senior, but can’t make my sandwich) hollering for supplies to be brought out front. — employee #2: cuts a sandwich through the wax paper, not a clean cut… Then she can’t manage to move it over to the large wrapping sheet. — employee #2: can’t work the register fast… then when she jumps back to the sandwich line she skips mine and head to the cutting station. — employee #1: keeps starting sandwiches without finishing mine, creating a backlog of toasted subs… (Meanwhile mine is sitting there, getting cold…) –employee #1: finishes my sandwich, wraps it, then let’s it sit again… Finishes two other sandwiches, then rings up my order. (Gives an apology… *umm, right. That’s nice.* …NOT!) In the midst of all this a third«employee» walks in, drops some keys on the back counter, then walks back out of the store. The stations were missing supplies in more than 60% on the bins. It wasn’t even busy when I walked in. They should have been stocking. This places is definitely getting a poor review in the online survey! And no, Subway, a f*ing«free cookie» is not good enough to make up for this terrible service!

Big fan of subway, food is always good. Every time I’ve ever been in this subway the staff is rude, doesn’t talk, and it’s just a depressing vibe. I went in today expecting the same thing but it seems they’ve tried to step their game up and hire some more customer-friendly employees. Way to go subway, at least you’re trying.

So my fiancé went and grabbed me my favorite sub today. It’s the same every time. He said the customer service was horrible! I had one bite and threw it away. The bread wasn’t done, everything tasted old. I will never come here EVER again.

4÷23÷14 Stopped into this location to grab some subs for my family. The staff was neat, friendly, and organized. The place was clean and all the stations were fully stocked. They got all 3 orders done quickly and made them very appealing and appetizing.

I love Subway in general, best subs at such a great price. Unfortunately this subway was very slow, the guy was texting in the open when I walked in, no one greeted me, and it was just a boring/depressing atmosphere. I only gave 2 stats simply for the food, everything else failed in my book.

Worst subway ever. Incredibly slow service. The staff just looks depressed and are completely unresponsive. I had to ask multiple times for extra cheese, and it seemed like the girl was purposely ignoring me and moving on to the next person. I normally don’t review chains but this was just such a terrible experience, like being in a time warp of sadness.

I’ve come here twice, and both times I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences. The staff feel that it’s more important to socialize with each other instead of tending to customers. The final straw for me was when I had to ask the employee making my sandwich to WASHHISHANDS. I’ve called several times to speak with a manager about my experience, but they’ve never bothered returning my phone calls or correspondence. This location is closest to my house, yet I drive completely out of my way to get Subway 10 miles away. AVOIDATALLCOSTS.
