This pizza hut is strange. Our server just ate a wing, licked her fingers, then filled up my soda right in front of me without washing her hands. Also, I got a fountain drink but my friend was poured his pepsi from a 2 liter which isn’t a huge problem, but is weird. Our refills were made without ice. Pretty much the grossest bathroom on earth.

Terrible, terrible Pizza Hut. So-called employees that couldn’t care less and dirty, disgusting, old conditions. I have fond memories of this place because when I was a kid in the 90s, my parents took me here for my birthday on more than one occasion. I remember service always being very slow, but the pizza was fine at least. Flash forward to the present and this place is a total cesspool of the worst of humankind. Dirty, smelly madhouse. You seriously might fear for your safety if you ever came here. It’s like a big party with the employees and some of the customers. Loud music, dancing, probably drugs and who knows what else. On top of all that, I ordered a simple pizza and it took an hour until it was brought out. I probably should have just walked out and left at some point, and definitely shouldn’t have eaten the pizza, but didn’t think much of it at the time. It’s reported that this place might be closed now. I hope so. This place is a total hellhole of a dumpster.

So the customer service was great, store was clean, my only issue with my trip was I asked for spinach & it didn’t get placed, I’ll give 5 stars for now, but if it happens again I’m dropping it to three stars.

This Pizza Hut location is very slow. However they have good customer service. I have never sat and eaten here, but I have gotten take-out. I always call them first for them to take my order. I give them at least 45 mins before I come to the store. Everytime, I have go there my order is NEVER ready. It literally takes them an hour to make the food. Bleh The store itself is very clean and so is the bathrooms. They have a side for take out and a side for eat-ins. The eat in side has a lot of tables and chairs. Its a nice set up. I really love the breaded honey bbq wings. They are delicious. The pizza isn’t all that great.

Honestly I would of gave them more stars but it seems like they love to slack off and shit. EVERYTIME I ask them to put the hut favorite on the crust they forget … EVERYTIME! Like how hard is it to open the cupboard and put the hut favorite on … No wonder they don’t deliver cause the delivery guy would make absolutely no money.. all the mistakes they make. Constant … Other that I like the pizza … Oh yeah and one more thing … If you read this and you ever find yourself there again do yourself a favorrrrr and don’t get a drink in there … they have the worst drink variety I’ve ever seen in human history.

I am patronizing this place for many years and I never know what I get after I place an order. Chances are 50% — 50% it could be fantastic pizza or so-so or terrible like was last time when I was there

This place is perfect for pickup! Not a fan of Pizza Hut because it’s too damn greasy. I prefer Papa John’s. However I suggested my babe and I dine in one day. BIGMISTAKE! Never again. The salad bar was a mess. The employees were more interested in the game than working. The waitress although nice messed up our order. And this family couldn’t control their damn kids! Anyways needless to say I won’t be back for dine in!

Nice place for the family. They play good R&B music while you dine. The service is ok. servers are always really nice. It’s also in the middle of a little shopping area so that’s always a plus!

Surprisingly enough, I don’t have any complaints with this place so far. The pizza tastes good for what it is and my order is often ready rather quickly. I usually order online and pick it up in person, but once in a while I go inside to be seated. Service is great, although I’m told that they don’t deliver to certain areas.

The service was the great! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. But the pizza didn’t taste like a usual Pizza Hut does. The taste was different and the cheese was not as good or sticky as the cheese other Pizza Hut restaurants do. They charged us 15% extra for having an extra person with us for the seating. Instead they should appreciate it. The more people the more business they get. Won’t be going here again

One star pending. Everywhere says the deliver to Rosedale and Lawrence but I called and apparently they don’t. It’s snowing. Did they change their policy or is someone being lazy?

The overall service is good. The front counter is staffed by 2 people who are friendly. The family big box is back. What a great deal for 20 bucks. And the pizza, great toppings and buffalo wings, bread sticks taste great.

The service here is terrible! All food and drinks took forever to reach my table and the waitress seemed annoyed when I requested something of her. Will never eat here again.

If you enjoyed Pizza Hut at some point in your childhood, then you’ll find absolutely nothing has changed if you decide to try it again. Same greasy pan pizza with fake cheese and spot of red sauce. Doesn’t taste bad… but with all the real pizza out there, Pizza Hut has become one of those nostalgic spots you go back to once every 5 or 10 years… like White Castle and Wendy’s… This particular location always strikes me as clean, efficient and empty. I’ve been here twice in the last 9 months(for some strange craving) and I’m hoping it’ll be the last… but probably won’t be!

I was driving by today and decided to stop for lunch. The doors were locked, and when one of the staff heard me trying to open the door, she shook her finger at me. Apparently I looked like a toddler picking my nose. So I walked around the building thinking maybe there was another entrance… nope! I was looking for the number of the restaurant to call and see what was up, when another staff member came out and told me they were closed because the power went out. So apparently they’re either too stupid or too lazy to put a sign up on the door. I understand if your power goes out, you can’t cook food, but you can at least walk 10 feet to put up a sign or tell the customer outside the situation.

Me and my family went here Saturday 6-2-2012. The waiter was David. I ordered wings, a soft drink and a supreme pizza. It took a while for our drinks to come. The waiter didn’t bring the cup of ice we asked for and my soda was flat. David changed my drink with no problem. When we got our food I started eating my pizza. I knew something was odd but didn’t pay it any mind. Throughout the duration of our stay David did not come check in on us to see if we needed assistance, thus making us get up from our table to look for someone to help us. My mom ordered a salad and then cancelled it because half the salad ingredients/items weren’t there. When my mom let the staff know about the missing items noone bothered to refill it. Towards the end of our visit I realized my supreme pizza didn’t have any mushrooms which I stopped eating much earlier. I ordered a personal supreme pizza to go because the large pizza wasn’t good without the mushrooms. When I brought this problem up with David he smirked as if what I was telling him was funny. He told me that he didn’t know if the supreme pizza came with mushrooms. He went to check and found out it should’ve had mushrooms. I asked him if we would be compensated for them forgetting to put the mushrooms on the pizza and be that we didn’t finish the pizza. David smirked again and said I should speak to the manager. David went to the manager, Lisa, to inform her of our concerns. I followed David to the manger and saw him laughing while telling the manager something. When I made eye contact with David his facial expression changed and he stopped laughing. I think it’s safe to say he found humor in our concerns. The conclusion was that I got a $ 2.00 discount and paid for pizza that wasn’t satisfying and was missing toppings. I had to pay for a personal pizza because my original order didn’t have what I expected. Don’t think I will be visiting here again.

Lunch buffet when there are no other choices in town. Small salad bar with multiple choices of the average joe types of pizza. Nothing to get crazy about but perfect for a family or kids.
