I was referred to Lucas Heating and Cooling by my home warranty company to fix my AC. Long story short, they didn’t get the email that was sent to them until I could prove it was sent to them (the next day), they didn’t get a tech out for 3 days, and then it was way outside the vague window of «late morning to early afternoon» — late enough that we’d left the house to get dinner (at 6:30 PM) and missed the tech, who came at or after 7:50 PM. They said it was my problem, said they’d schedule me for some time next week (10+ days without AC)… called the warranty company to authorize another company to do the work — a company that actually wants to do business. Avoid these guys!
