Eyeglasses & Contact Lenses For Less

If I could give zero stars I would. I live in the area so one this place is convenient but I would rather travel for better service. I brought two glasses with her frequent advertised buy one get one free. Did the exam. The lenses I got were way too strong, that made me feel drunk while wearing them. So she had to fix them. Also I didn’t feel I got a deal with the frames I bought. Lastly I bought high end frames (2) totaling over $ 500 to be given dollar store cases. When I asked for the correlating cases I was told I was an anomaly and «none of my customers care about the case». When I questioned it, I was promised a Versace case to match one of the frames I bought. Was told it takes a long time to arrive. It’s been over six months. Must be coming from outer space or I must have just received lip service because I’m still without the case. Also the décor on the frame fell out. Questioning the «quality» and «legitimate branding» of the frame. I’ve bought high end frames elsewhere before and after and never had these issues. Will NEVER go back here and would never recommend this establishment.

Horrible customer service. When the woman finally looked up from her cell phone she was very unpleasant. She told me the doctor was not in and when I asked what time she’d be in, the woman seemed annoyed and told me she didn’t know. Not even an approximate time. Never seems busy in there. I guess I know why.
