Computer & Smartphone Repair

I gave this place 2 stars because even though my phone was fixed in the same day I was charged a different Price than what I was initially told I would be paying. The two young men in store told me I would be paying $ 150 to replace my lcd on my galaxy s5 which would be about $ 160 with tax and suggested I come back close to closing because it would take less time to fix. When i came back I was told the price would be $ 160 plus tax and given some bs excuse about their supplier. So altogether I paid $ 174 and a few cents to repair my screen. I believe they were intentionally dishonest about the price to get my business when they saw my sense on urgency to get my phone fixed today. If I was told the actual price from the beginning I would have went to liberty Ave where I was going to be charged $ 160 with no tax. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they really had no place else to get their repairs done. Providing good customer service should be the most impotant rule of business, unfortunately for this one it is not. I will send my phone out and wait for my service provider to fix it should this happen again before I think about giving anymore of my business to place.
