Swarm Chuck & Family Auto Repair

Background: My RV’s tow car engine light came on while camped in Waldport & after 2 days & $ 200, NAPA/​Chevron place there supposedly fixed the problem (it wasn’t). Then was told my tow car needed a new clutch right away, at cost of ~$ 1400. & at least 2 days’ work. I scheduled the appt but when took car there, was told mechanic was sick & they couldn’t do work until week after. Couldn’t stay that long, so called Swarm Auto Repair in Roseburg to get estimate & make appt. for when I’d be there. Took car week later to Swarm as scheduled for new clutch. Got call saying they’d driven the car & clutch, while getting close to needing replacement, wasn’t an immediate problem. However, leaks & other things were, so gave the go ahead to fix those. They also fixed the engine light problem correctly & said car should be fine until I get back home to Midwest in fall – and could get new clutch then. Really appreciated their honesty, courtesy, reasonable pricing and patient explanations. But most of all, what they said needed to be fixed did and was! I highly recommend Swarm Auto Repair in Roseburg.

Highly recommended! The people are very nice, work fast, have decent prices, have toys in the waiting room for kids to play with, free coffee, and they can give you a ride if you have to leave your car there. I’ve been twice so far, and will keep coming back.
