I would not recommend KDS. Had some laminate floor layed and the installer refused to put down the 6mil plastic sheeting under the flooring even though it was being layed directly on concrete. I reported this to? Home Depot and they said the installer was ordered to come back and tear up the floor and put down the plastic. He was scheduled to come the next week so I emptied the two bedrooms so would be ready for him. WELL, he never showed up! He claims Robin (company owner) never told him. I had talked to Robin previous and she assured me he would come between 7:30 — 8:30. Home Depot reported they fired him and a
Different company would come next week. So, now will tear down the bedroom once again.
I would NOT want to see anyone get in the mess I did is why I am writing this. Too bad I had to give it one star because that is one star too many!
