I wish to take the time and thank you all at Fast Lane Racing School. I should of heaped praise on you guys sooner.
I had a great experience doing the «Advanced Lapping» Day on the Streets of Willow track.
I say «Advanced Lapping» day, because I have been through the other courses offered at Fast Lane and obviously keep returning.
I have been to other Racing Schools this year and I have to say 3 things that really make your school stand out as being a superior school.
1) Track Time: What a great amount of time spent on the track. I can’t tell you how pleased I was with your track time management. We as customers want to drive and learn from hands on experience, so we need to be on the track and not tied up in a classroom for hours.
2) Instructors: Your instructors were pleasant and offered up detailed instruction in order to improve as a driver and decrease lap times with accurate feedback.
3) Follow up: Most schools never follow up after finishing the program. I love the fact you take pictures and post them. I love the fact that you send a follow up email thanking us for our participation. These are so important.

I did their 1 day high performance school on July 23^rd, 2014. I’ve been to numerous racing schools. This one gave me the most track time by far, and that is the most important element to fun, practice, and learning.
You had the choice to drive race prepped supercharged Toyota Scion’s with manual transmissions, race prepped Camry with automatic, or your own car. The teachers are very knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable.
By the end of the day, I was driving significantly better than the beginning. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to Danny’s FAST LANE schools and open track days both in the celicas and my own car and Danny has the best driving school around i’ve tryed many other arrive and drive school’s and I either feel riped off or ignored, but not at Mr. Mkeever’s schools I highly recommened going I can’t wait to go again! I went to Fast Lane in March and did the one day program in one of their Racing Celicas. At first I was skeptical about paying until I compared to other racing schools… which were way more expensive. I then choose to call them and they were really helpful in addressing some of my concerns. I then finally decided to do the course and I can tell it was well worth every penny!
First off… the track they use is the Streets of Willow which in itself is a really fun track because there are multiple factors like elevation change and really technical corners that make you more aware of how to tackle different situations. Next, the main instructor Danny, was really a cool and mellow guy. He took his time to help make sure everything was explained clearly. To add to that, he apparently is the chief instructor to the celebrities at the pro/​celebrity race in Long Beach… its like hes the Stig, except he talks!
Driving was awesome, the instructors and facilitators are smart enough to realize if your picking up on the driving faster than others, they focus on more advanced techniques and tend to give you more space to have fun. I can tell the others appreciated the extra instruction that was given to them. Another cool thing was that they showed you some practical things and how you can apply them to everyday situations. To top off, they take you to the skidpad and show you a couple of «Hollywood» style tricks, like a reverse 180 :). By the end of the day… I was passing BMW 335s and Vettes (These guys brought their own cars, which is really cool in itself if you wanna bring your own ride) which made my day.
This school can go two different ways… If you wanna go for the experience of saying I went racing school or looking to really improve lap times, you definitely wont be disappointed!
