History

Established in 2006.

The invention of the Taco Rack was purely personal in nature. I developed it for my own use on Taco Night. After making the prototype out of scrap metal, I had one of my metal shop customers, make up a symmetrical version, and soon after sought a patent on the design. As time passed, I developed more and more versions of the original, to fit the needs of home cooks and the professional chef. Our American Made products are the finest in the world!
