When I contacted them by email —
I was asked to call the owner Robert (Robert Houlihan) on his cell at 6 314 597 562. The 800 number on his site is non-​working. Because I was asking if we could have 4 people roundtrip with an extra stop I was told that I had to pay them directly. As soon as I paid I had second thoughts and asked for my money back, which I have not received. I looked them up online and found horrible reviews. I want you to know because I think the reviews should be available on your site to protect people, and that I was persuaded… with a deadline. to pay someone directly that was advertising on your site, so there should be a consequence to him or anyone that tries to advertise under the name Robert Houilan, since it seems anytime the reviews get overwhelmingly bad he changes his business name.

just checked groupon again. now doing business as «low​price​limo​.com» same robert houlihan. DON’T get suckered. I don’t know if I can fault Groupon or not. he prob misled them, too. CROOK!

I don’t think this is a business at all.
I bought a groupon for an airport ride. I called them, but always got a voice mail, and no one returns your calls, but it was too late because I’ve already bought the groupon. I contacted them by emails, finally they responded by an email and confirmed my reservation to JFK.
Before the ride date I tried to contact them by both phone and emails, but they never responded to me. The day of the ride, I kept on calling them, but the voice mail was all I got, I sent few emails, no one there. My last hope was to wait till the pick up time, and to no surprise, no one showed up, and my groupon is just a piece of paper, now after I had to pay the full price for another limo to get me to the airport. I’ll contact groupon once I get back. It’s a scam and very frustrating to deal with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT THIEVES LITERALLY! This company is literally nothing but crooks. I reserved the limos with the owner, Bob Houlihan. We reserved 3 limos. 2 black stretch for the bridal party and a white classic car for the bride and groom (us). First, the day of the wedding he shows up with tow vans instead of limos and says «oh sorry, the other drivers didn’t get back in time with the limos». Okay whatever. didn’t care much. But the REAL problem is that we agreed on a price of $ 1080. We made our this in two payments, the final payment being the day before the wedding. The day of the wedding the continued charging my debit card over and over again totally $ 1300 additional!!! $ 1300 OVER what you are supposed to pay. They cleared out my bank account! I couldn’t even stay in the reserved wedding hotel because of them. Of course we called the owner immediately who claimed he’d fix it. Instead he refused us only $ 540, but then charged us again. It is a month after my wedding and we are still owed $ 860! Now they are claiming that the business is closed, that the owner is in the hospital (maybe thats true but it seems really shady to me) and that I’m going to have to dispute it with my bank. my bank which says it will take at least 60 days for the dispute to go through. I’ve been speaking with mike but he wont call me back or answer my calls, only emails and then randomly stops communicating. HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT RIP PEOPLE OFF! DO NOT TRUST THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!

INCREDIBLY INEPT, unprofessional, and probably scammers. I too bought a groupon for this service. I called 4 months in advance to make a reservation. They were «busy» so said they would call back which they never did. I called again and reserved. No email confirmation so I called again for it. Received a confirmation. Last month I received an email cancellation. Called and said it was their mistake. Sent another confirmation. 12 hrs before my flight I get an email saying it was a reminder and they will pick me up. I get up at 4am for my 5 am pick up and find a message that my ride is cancelled. Several calls marked urgent in their voicemail menu get no response. Groupon should be held accountable for sponsoring this mess of a business.

I should have read these reviews before I bought a groupon. The owner Bob is the worst! I was supposed to be picked up at JFK, when I got there had a text message that Bob had a family emergency and I should call Dial 7, and pay them and Bob would reimburse me! I had already paid for the service and should have been only paying for tip and tolls. I had no other choice than to pay it, or be stuck at JFK, I emailed Bob numerous times and he kept saying he would mail me a money order, never received. I was issued a refund from groupon, but that did not cover the cost. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Horribly unprofessional company and a despicable person Bob is to boot. We bought a groupon for RJH Limo and emailed them for a booking in April for a June pickup to the airport. They accepted the booking but did not send a conformation. We followed up in May and finally heard back in June. Bob told us that he would not honor the groupon because he has had issues with them.
My wife said that she was surprised that they did not have the courtesy to let us know that and we had to keep reaching out to them. She said that the bad reviews must be right.
His response, and I am quoting Bob word for word with the same punctuation he used…
«Yes, those reviews are great here is another i hate New Jersey, Because of dirt bags like you… put that on the Internet. have a great day»

Funny how the woman giving a good review before me has the same punctuation as Bob and she is telling us about how the reviewer before her did not want to give her credit card info. Nice try Bob.

Awful place, was running late sent dial 7 in his stead, told me to pay them and he world refund what I paid him. Crazy

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought a Groupon deal for this company for a birthday night out. It was a last minute planning kind of thing. I made first contact within a week of when I wanted their services. First the website is a ness. Which should have told me everything I needed to know. After making many calls. I finally talked to a guy named Bob. He said he could accommodate my last minute request. That was the first and last time I heard from him. The next day I talked to a guy named John and he confirmed that he could honor my request. He told me to email Bob the details of my request. I emailed Bob over 3 times and never heard back from him. I called all the numbers associated with the company and never heard back again. A simple «no we can’t honor your request» would have been fine and I would have looked other places. I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OR SOMETHING. So when the date came of my request. I made over 15 calls to all the numbers I had for them. Also emailed them over 5 times with no response.
I hate writing reviews. But if it can STOP SOMEONE ELSE FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH. It was worth it.
Another thing this place has two different locations and two different numbers.

I would like to make it clear that I am both incredibly lazy and overwhelmingly busy which is at least part of the reason I have never bothered to write a negative review until now. I always figured that the only time I should write a review is if the company or service was so exceptional that I should let everyone know.
I have decided to make an exception in this case. The owner Bob actually took my reservation for a car to the airport and had me email him all the information but never sent a confirmation. When I called them to find out where the confirmation was, there was no answer for the first three calls. Finally I got through to his friend, co-​owner or perhaps co-​conspirator Mike who informed me that he would «try» to fit me in and would call me back with an answer. Now I would like to make it clear that I a) had already paid for this journey and B) had no idea that they first took reservations and payments and then somewhere down the line, when convenient for them, they decided whether or not this was a job they wanted to do.
My favorite part is when I spoke to Mike and he blamed the incident on the «girls» in his office. I have to say that I have used more air quotes in this review that at any other time in my life. Anyway when I hear about the «girls» I imagine a group of women sitting in a lounge and sipping tea who were hired for the express purposed of being blamed for whatever goes wrong. However, in this case, there were no girls involved, just two irresponsible company owners who are using Group On as a way to fill in free moments in their schedule and believe that this is perfectly fine.
Anyway, deal with these people at your own risk.

After playing phone tag and email tag for vehicles for our wedding this July, we agreed to give a deposit, come up from DC to view the vehicles, and then sign the contract (of which we had to ask to see for a week and a half before seeing it). We sent a deposit that was first sent when we inquired for their services through Ebay and never heard anything back for a week.
Today we get these series of emails: «Great news, after looking thru the emails and all the phone calls. we can not provide transportation on the date you requested. My staff and i have given you a really good rate. we also had vouchers that we said we would honor. all we asked for was payment, that is 100% refundable. so with that being said, you don’t trust us we don’t trust you. also we will not be a good fit for your event. thanks for contacting us, but we are not available on your date. thanks»
After responding back that we sent the payment, he replied: That payment was refunded the same day. You also spoke to our office and the voucher was explained. please we don’t have time for this. we have a big event this weekend. please understand we are now booked on your date. please look back at your emails. also he knows this price was given with a understanding it had to be paid with 100% option to refund. thanks“
Overall– rude, unprofessional, and inaccessible. Do not waste your time and money.

I also wanted to take advantage of the $ 89 round trip to any airport that this service advertised on Amazon Local.
I went through the Amazon payment system, received a voucher code and then gave them a call. When I first called, the call went to voice mail, which seemed strange for a limo service, as most services have a 24 hour dispatcher. I assumed the line was just busy and that I would get a quick callback, but I didn’t get a call back at all.
I found their website, which had a form you could submit for a reservation, so I went ahead and sent all the info in for the ride. This was 9 days in advance of the trip, where the voucher said reservations needed to be made 7 days prior to trip. I still didn’t receive a confirmation.
A couple of days before the trip, I started to get worried, since it was an early morning flight, it would be hard to get a last minute ride. I called and spoke to Bob, who said that I should send him an email with the subject: «Bob, do this now.,». He said they had gotten a lot of new business from the Amazon Local ad, that with the ad they added a number of new corporate accounts and that they never missed a ride. He promises I will receive a confirmation email and invoice for an extra fee for early morning pickup. While the extra fee surprised me, the price was still lower than the normal rate for a oneway limo ride to the airport.
The ride is early the next morning, so I am nervous, because it is the morning before and I still haven’t received an email yet. I send another direct email to Bob, fill out and submit another online form then call. A guy answers and says dispatch would get back to me by the afternoon. He also mentions the popularity of the Amazon ad, and the addition of more corporate accounts. Now it becomes the evening before the early morning pickup and I still haven’t received anything, so I am getting a little nervous. I think I need to get up early to make sure my son is ready for the flight anyway and that I could drive him if the limo doesn’t show. I finally receive a confirmation email and invoice which I promptly pay via PayPal.
The next morning, a large SUV with a well-​dressed driver is waiting outside, early. Everything seems good. My son texts me from the airport that he is at the gate on time and all is good.
Meanwhile I haven’t gotten confirmation of the airport pickup, which is the next evening. I send Bob an email at all three email addresses I now have for him and submit another web form. I get a confirmation email and invoice for added taxes and tolls. Again I pay, and believe everything is good.
The next night, a couple hours before the flight arrives, I get a phone call from an unknown number that I let go to voice mail, since we get a lot of advertising calls. It is the limo service saying all their cars are busy and to call another limo service, whose number the guy leaves on the message, and he says Bob will reimburse me. So I call the other limo service whose dispatcher answers immediately and am able to schedule the last minute. I pay over the phone with a credit card, and receive a confirmation receipt almost immediately.
I don’t hear from my son until he walks in the door. Then he tells me that the guy driving him to the airport took an exit off the Sawmill expressway, and then asked my son if he was on the road to the Deegan Expressway and my son says «no,» so the limo exits, turns around to go back to the Sawmill and takes the next exit, which is the right one. My son then tells me that the driver coming back ran a red light on the drive home.
So, make of this what you will. The last time I checked, the Amazon Local ad said they had over 800 vouchers bought. I can only imagine things getting worse, the more reservations they have to deal with. The first thing that I thought after not hearing from them at first was that maybe the whole ad was a scam, and that the website was fake, and the phone number temporary. That isn’t the case, but I do think this is an overloaded two man operation, and that if an offer like this seems too good to be true, then sometimes it is. I certainly wouldn’t use them ever again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not waste your money. Bob sounds professional and honest but he is quite the opposite. We were promised a limo and SUV for the end of the night. The SUV never showed. Our driver was very rude. Bob has ignored my phone calls, texts, and emails. The worst part was we paid in full. What a disappointment. Horrible company.

Stay away from this car service company. Unprofessional, lack of integrity, over priced, staff rude and incompetent. After booking and confirming a limo for an event, I got a late night email the day prior that they were canceling the booking. Never called. Had I not seen the email, I would have believed they would show up since I had a written confirmation from them. I believe they swindled a better price from someone else (I had made them reduce their price since they had added charges that were unjustifiable and I called them out on the extra fees) and wanted more $$$. I heard they were in financial trouble but this was ridiculous. They were nothing but RUDE about the whole incident. I use car services a lot for business travel and this one is really bad news. Stay away!!!
