Fast Break Limousine

this was the first time i used fast break and i will use them again, on time with polite drivers that drove safely and had nice clean cars, they drove us to and from jfk

I called steve about a town car for a ride into Manhattan and back. I had used them
about 8 months ago and was very happy now this time Steve showed up looking like a totally slob and in his personal car which was a Toyota venza he had the doors and windows wide open which I thought odd as it was 97% humidity why would you show up to someone’s house in a non air condition car. when I question about the car he said this one is wider than the towncar (not) he tried to tell us that the town car broke down at 10.45 it was 11.05 when he got to my house
when I asked him why he didn’t call to tell me he could not give me an answer
my husband argued with this little man for a while and said well can you give us a break on the price as you don’t have what we want he said it is 150 miles and its $ 300.00 so with that he drove away with some snide remark, then he has the nerve to send me an email stating it was a miscommunication BULL he thought I was going to give $ 300.00 to ride in his hot smelly car

Called Fast Break on Saturday for a Sunday ride to JFK. Steve was very pleasant and help. Picked me up on time at my hotel and made to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The ride was comfortable and Steve was great to talk with. A great trip. I’ll definitely use Fast Break on my next trip to LI.

Mine was a last minute call before my flight departed Houston TX. I looked over several listings before I called and Kevin, and am glad I found him. While flying, he sent me the info about the driver and his phone number and upon arrival, the driver was calling me! I will use him again when in the area. I actually am sending my local driver his information so that he has a connection in NY! GREAT SERVICE!

Called for a quote and Steve was very rude with the statement «YOure only going five minutes does it matter what the vehicle has». Actually it does because the service isnt free!!!

I am so grateful to Steve and Fast Break Limo! My daughter was visiting a friend in the East Moriches area. Where’s that? (Right). She had to catch a plane the next morning, and none of us ever dreamed that there would be ABSOLUTELY NO CABS willing to pick her up and get her to the train station in town so that she could get back to the city and to JFK for a Noon flight. My daughter and her friend are both young adults and there was no access to a car or ride there from anyone else. The only option was a car service, and after calling all the companies I could find on google, I discovered that no car service was willing to go to that area and then to the city for less than two arms, a leg, your first-​born and $ 350.
Until I reached Steve at Fast Break — he saved the day… «East Moriches — no problem! She needs to stop on the Upper West Side to pick up her bags before going to JFK — no problem!» The price — much more reasonable! Steve even texted me the second his driver dropped my daughter and her friend to the airport, knowing I was a worried mom. I will never use any other car service when I’m in New York!!! I highly recommend them! Thank you Steve.
