History

Established in 2013.

This company is a continuation of my first home inspection company which I started in 1997. My first company was a franchise that I gave up in 2013. It was a good company and I inspected more then 3500 homes during the fifteen years I owned it. With my new company I feel I have more freedom to do inspections the way I think most buyers want without reservation.

Back in 1982 I decided I didn’t want to be a truck driver anymore. So I joined a small construction company that built custom exotic houses. Over the next 12 years with this company I went from being the guy who swept the floors to being the guy who supervised the workers. I learned a lot from the owner of the company he was a very skilled carpenter and craftsman. After that job I joined a company remodeling homes in the five town area. I worked there a few years and then moved to a high-​end custom cabinet, window and door company in Bridgehampton. That is where I learned more skills and increase my knowledge about woodworking. Then in 1997 I saw an ad for a home inspection company called Pillar to Post. I joined this company and that began my career as a home inspector. I owned that franchise for 15 years and they taught me a lot about home inspections. After that I went on my own and started the company can do home inspections.
