Douglas R. Swatosh, PC

I want to recommend Douglas Swatosh as I have found his qualities to be rare in a lawyer. He was referred by my property manager and everything he said has been confirmed to be true. Douglas charges very reasonable rates and does not inflate his time and billings with needless hand offs to other associates. He is also extremely knowledgeable in the area of real estate law and was willing to answer questions over the phone and send a few routine notices at little to no cost. I really appreciate that he and my property manager have gone above and beyond to help me out of a bad situation more than once. They have always been fair in not excessively charging me for situations beyond our control and reasonable time expectations. The moral, don’t buy distressed property in fringe neighborhoods!
